Ground Floor: living area with fireplace, dining area and access out to the garden, bathroom with shower (the shower has been created under the staircase which leads to the next floor and has a maximum height of 1.9m) and washing machine.
2 steps higher (from the living area): kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, American coffee maker) with direct access to outside.
2 steps higher (from the living area): bedroom with twin beds (can be joined together upon request) and direct access to outside.
First floor: living area (air conditioning) with satellite TV and Bluetooth audio amplifier, (with 2 single size sofa beds which can be used as beds with a supplement charge of €60 per bed per week), bathroom with shower.
3 steps higher: twin bedroom, double bedroom with panoramic view.

Poggiodoro was one of the highlights of our trip through Tuscany. The young owner/architects obviously put a lot of thought in the design and reconstruction of this amazing building and made this a truly great place to stay. Well Done!

Poggiodoro is truly set in the most beautiful location! The views of the Tuscan countryside are stunning.
The house itself has a wonderful rustic feel with wood beams and stone walls as well as having elements of modern design and comfort. This all works perfectly together. The bedrooms are beautifully designed with comfortable beds and great views. The kitchen has all the mod-cons, which is perfect for having days/nights in and cooking up a tasty meal. There is a nice big table in the front room which would be perfect for family meals.
We stayed in Poggiodoro for 5 nights and loved every second. Sitting round the pool with its gorgeous uninterrupted views was totally relaxing and a wonderful experience.
Although we never met the owners, they were very communicative via email and promptly answered all questions. Giovanni met us on the first day and was around during our stay and always happy to help with anything.
The neighbors are all very friendly and helpful and will recommend things to do and see.
