Description

Romantic Villa apartment with balcony overlooking the park, not to be missed!
Apartment Beatrice is a large studio apartment (35 sqm), consisting of:
• Large bedroom / living room with double bed, kitchenette and washing machine
• Bathroom with shower
• Delicious balcony overlooking the park of the Villa.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the Villa.
The furniture and paintings on the walls are antique and belongs to our family collection.
Hand decorated high ceilings, old terracotta floors and walls thicker than 50 cm as is usual in this kind of buildings. This ensures cool even in the hottest summer.
In the garden, under the shade of old pine trees, you will find a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Deck chairs are available to enjoy the cool shade of pine trees or sunbathing on the lawn.

Guest Reviews for Villa Saladini - Appartamento Beatrice

Staying at the Villa Saladin felt like walking into a beautiful dream. From the moment Marco picked us up at the airport and drove us through the Tuscan countryside we felt at peace. Pulling up to the property through the olive and cypress trees felt like truly coming home. The grounds are lovely and quiet and the Beatrice Apartment was incredible. The 500 year old property has rich history (don't forget to ask Perla to give you the tour!) and every morning we awoke to the sounds of chattering birds outside our balcony. If you are a birder, be sure to bring your binoculars! Perla cooked us an amazing meal of rabbit with crispy potatoes and two types of bruschetta served with local wine. One of the best meals I had in all of Italy. The apartment had everything we needed--a mini fridge, a stove, laundry, and plenty of room for storage. The villa is a short walk to the enchanting village of Impruneta with sweet little shops and restaurants. We walked there each day and took the bus into Florence. (Not far, only a 20-30 minute ride.) I researched dozens and dozens of villas before settling on Saladini, and I am SO glad we chose this place!

This home will be the highlight of your Tuscany holiday; it certainly was for us. Perla and her family are perfect hosts, and their 500-year-old villa will exceed your expectations. By all means, choose to have the hand-crafted breakfast in the large dining room, with a crackling fire in season. Do not miss this perfect place!
