Beautiful 15th-century hamlet, recently renovated and converted into splendid, welcoming accommodations. The property is made up of 5 spacious apartments, and a vast, equipped garden with a pool and tennis court. The renovations kept the hamlet's original characteristics intact, while adding comfort and style to all quarters: each apartment offers air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet connection.
An elegant common room (in what was originally the ancient chapel) can be used for cooking lessons, breakfasts (upon request), surfing the internet (laptop available), playing the piano, or in the summer, enjoying the natural, cool air kept fresh by the walls.
The property is situated on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, in an excellent location for visiting both regions' artistic beauties.
Access to the property is via an unpaved road of about 3 km.
Distances: Spedalicchio with food shops about 4 km away, Mercatale di Cortona with shops of all kinds 9 km, Umbertide 13 km away, Cortona 27 km, Lake Trasimeno (equipped beaches) 25 km away, Perugia 35 km, Gubbio 45 km away, Assisi and Arezzo 60 km, Siena 100 km, Florence 150 km away.
At guests' disposal: large, equipped outdoor spaces, pool with panoramic views shared by guests of the 5 apartments (16 x 8 m- minimum depth 1 m- maximum depth 1,4 m- open from the middle of May to the end of September), changing room with WC and sauna (extra charge) in the pool area, barbecue area, Har-Tru (green clay) tennis court. Pool towels and bathrobes are provided free of charge. Wi-fi internet connection available free of charge throughout the hamlet.

Extra services included in the rental price: apartment cleaning once a week with change of bath linen.
Extra services to be paid on the spot: Baby bed upon request (€ 30/ day). Maid service available € 15/ hour. Breakfast (in the common room) upon request. Possibility to organize dinners (in the common room) or a private chef for dinners in the apartment.
Small pets are permitted only if requested at the time of booking.
