Property Description
Villa Francesca is a beautiful villa situated in a panoramic position in the green hills on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, a few kilometers from Cortona. With a walk of approx. 1 km you can reach a restaurant and a minimarket where you can buy basic food.
Its central position will allow you to alternate days of visits to the famous art cities such as Arezzo, Siena and Perugia with relaxing days by the swimming pool (size 6x12 - depth 1,30 - 2,30 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September) and in the evening you can indulge yourself thanks to the barbecue and the wood-burning oven with delicious grills and pizzas to be enjoyed with a good glass of wine.
All around the villa there is a large, completely fenced, garden (about 1.500 m2) perfect for your four-legged friends and surrounded by olive trees where you can relax on the sunbeds by the pool or in the hammock, reading a good book and admiring the view. Families with children as well as couples of friends have been very happy in this villa, also thanks to the comfortable and good furnishing. The villa is air-conditioned and also equipped with a table tennis.

Wonderful secluded location, great pool, very large fenced grounds with numerous olive trees. Holiday house was basically in order; comfort, facilities and cleanliness are to be improved (shower water smelled badly because of dryness -). The accomodation was absolutely perfect.
We've been a group of 8 people and had a very nice time in Italy.
When we had problems, we were able to call the friendly proprietress of the holiday flat by phone every day and they bore us a hand.
In addition there were several supermarkets available(Cortona, 10 minutes by car) and we had the chance to make a day trip to "San Gimignano" by car.
On the whole we can recognize that lodging for all "Toskana-Fanciers" and for them who
