La Tufaia is a cosy holiday home situated on a panoramic hill and 2 km from the village of Promano where you will find a small supermarket and a bar. The house is divided into two apartments, each one with three bedrooms and connected by a convenient internal staircase. It is the ideal place for a group of friends or two families travelling together because it allows being together and maintaining privacy at the same time. The villa has a nice porch to eat outside and a lovely, large and completely fenced garden with swimming pool (size 15x5m, depth 1.10-1.60 m ) where you could walk, read and relax while enjoying the wonderful 360° view of the valley and the surrounding countryside. The town of Trestina, with its services is just 4 km away, while some of the beautiful Tuscan and Umbrian towns like Assisi, Perugia, Cortona, Sansepolcro, Siena, are easily accessible via the motorway (E45 ) which passes about 2 km from the villa. The good quality interiors and the wide equipment (Jacuzzi, microwave, dishwasher ...) will make your stay even more comfortable. The villa has also an automatic gate that guarantees security, especially for guests with children. Just close to the villa there are a traditional wood-burning oven, which can be used for the homemade bread or pizzas, and a barbecue.
