Beautiful and characteristic villa with a swimming pool located on the slopes of the well-known town of Montalcino. The hills where the rental is situated are home to the vines that produce the famous wine “Brunello di Montalcino”. The fantastic panoramic views from the villa stretch across Montalcino and the surrounding hills. A beautiful private swimming pool awaits guests for relaxing after days spent exploring the beauty of the area. The house dates back to the 17th century and it was transformed into a characteristic country home with large outdoor areas, well looked after and with numerous flowers and aromatic plants.
The property is surrounded by 3 hectares of olive groves.
This rental is ideal as a starting point for setting off to visit the most important places of interest that Tuscany has to offer (such as Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena, San Gimignano, Florence and the Chianti area)

Private, 5 minutes to Montalcino, and. Very central to visiting all other nearby cities.
The villa itself has a fantastic bedroom, kitchen, living layout, and the pool is spectacular! A special acknowledgment to Marianno ( the local caretaker) who is so kind and friendly, and so respectful of the guests. Just on the outskirts of Montalcino, this 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms villa was perfect for our group of 6! 3 story villa with a full kitchen, washer & dryer! Wi-Fi was perfect too. Definitely need a car for this place. Very private and convenient. Great home base to venture out from to see the country and visit towns & wineries. Would definitely come back here again! Pool was closed after September so we did not use it. Lovely patio and outdoor space.

One of the best Villas we have rented. Great for 2 or even 3 couples with 3 bedrooms each with queen sized beds and each with a private bath. Nice grounds and decent kitchen etc. Barking puppy belonging to caretaker and left on grounds was an issue at times. In the heart of Brunello country. Cleaning cost a bit high especially for a stay of less than 1 week and also a bit of a hassle having to pay the cleaning and security in cash but worked out okay. Manager was reasonable regarding this issue.

We loved the villa and the gardens. Perfect location, close to Montalcino and other towns like Pienza and Siena. Pool was lovely and the views spectacular. Would definitely recommend it for three couples or a family.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. It was even better than the pictures show it to be. The pool was fantastic and well maintained with cleaning every morning. The owner's mother met us for check-in and the owner helped us with questions during our stay. Highly recommended (we were a family group with 3 children aged 4, 8 & 12 and two grandparents). Only draw back would be that you can't walk to Montalcino from the house despite the proximity, due to lack of footpaths beside the winding road.
