Property Description
We are located at 1500 meters from the sea in the town of Marina di Pietrasanta in Tonfano in a small side street with no traffic and very quiet. You reach the beach and the center of Tonfano in a few minutes by bike (4 are available to guests) along the bike path.
The holiday home is a semi-detached house with private garden.
The entrance, through the gate, leads to a small front garden that connects to the large terrace with benches, table and chairs, ideal for breakfast or to relax in the evening.
On the back of the house in Tonfano is another small garden shaded with games for small children and on the terrace above (connected to the kitchen) is a table with chairs and umbrella.
In this house, guests may enjoy a lot of privacy and tranquility.
Cars can be parked in front of the house, or in the absence of places you can leave them in a free parking at 200 meters from the house.
Nearby are shops, bars and restaurants.
The center of Tonfano has everything you need, from ice cream to restaurants, grocery stores until postal office. A big supermarket is about 2 km from the house.

Inside, the house is decorated in 70's style but is very functional and available to guests are all possible facilities.

Ground Floor: Entrance from front terrace in the living room with two sofas, satellite TV (Astra), and armchairs, on the side is the dining area with a table and chairs. The living room has air conditioning.
Kitchen with 4-burner stove, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, microwave and coffee maker.
The kitchen leads to the rear terrace with table and chairs and near the kitchen is a small bathroom with a shower.
