Guests travelling with pets should be aware that a mandatory additional cleaning fee applies per animal per week or part of a week. A tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per day applies for the first 5 days of the stay; children under 12 years of age are exempt from this charge. The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and both an initial and a final cleaning of the property. Rectangular in shape with Roman steps providing access to the water, the pool measures 8 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.25 metres. Lined in clear-coloured PVC with a stone border, it is equipped with chlorine purification, internal and external lighting, and a cold-water shower. The generous sunbathing area surrounding the pool is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, creating the perfect setting for moments of pure relaxation.
