The non-heated swimming pool occupies a panoramic position between the villa and the wellness annex, overlooking the surrounding rolling hills and vineyards. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 6 metres with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.80 metres, lined in PVC and equipped with chlorine purification. Access is via Roman steps, and the pool features internal and external lighting, a semicircular shallow ledge, and built-in seating along one side. The paved pool terrace is furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a solar shower, creating an ideal sunbathing and leisure area. The swimming pool is situated in a private, fenced area of the property, just a few metres from the buildings and accessible through a child-safe gate, surrounded by dense woodland vegetation that ensures complete privacy. The non-heated pool is rectangular in shape, measuring 7 by 15 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2 metres.
