The swimming pool, which is non-heated, occupies a sunny and private position that is easily accessible from all the buildings and the outdoor kitchen. Rectangular in shape with a Roman staircase, it measures 12 x 6 meters with a depth ranging between 1.40 and 2 meters. The pool features an internal PVC coating, internal and external lighting, a cold water shower, and a salt purification system. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Surrounding the pool is a solarium area of approximately 300 square meters, finished in travertine and furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a comfortable seating area. Adjacent to the main villa, a large lawn hosts a dining area shaded by a pergola, which also doubles as an outdoor cinema space thanks to a video projector.
