Wir durften in der Villa La primula eine wundervolle Woche verbringen ! Das Haus hat einen unfassbar einzigartigen und authentisch toskanischen Charakter. Besonders Mirko Perugini ist total freundlich und die Kommunikation war toll !
Das einzige, die Straße zum Haus ist recht anspruchsvoll, sehr steil, Schotter und einige Schlaglöcher. Wir hatten unseren Führerschein allerdings alle noch nicht sehr lange und sind dennoch (mit einigen Anfangsschwierigkeiten ;)) gut raufgekommen:)!!

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at Villa La Primula! The house has an incredibly unique and authentic Tuscan character. Mirko Perugini, in particular, is incredibly friendly, and communication was excellent!
The only thing is that the road to the house is quite challenging: very steep, gravel, and a few potholes. However, none of us had our driver's licenses for very long, but we still managed to get up there easily (with some initial difficulties :) !
We'd love to come back!

Weitläufiges Anwesen mit Pool. Die kleinen Reihenhäuser sind gut verteilt. Jedoch müssten die Wohnungen dringend renoviert werden (Türen streifen, Küchen- Esszimmermöbel sind sehr alt, Einbauküche ist voller Ablagerungen und alles stinkt nach Schimmel, Toilettenspülung war defekt), Aussenbereich war voll mit alten Bierbänken und Tischen, so dass wir einen Blick auf einen Müllberg hatten. Der Pool war nicht beheizt, jedoch groß genug zum gut schwimmen. Der Kiosk/ Restaurant war nur am Wochenende abends geöffnet zum Essen. Der Weg zum Strand führt über eine 15 km steile, sehr kurvige und teils marode Landstraße, dadurch ist das Anwesen aber schön am Berggipfel gelegen. Ruhig mit Obstbäumen. Die Mobilehomes und Zelte sind ganz neu 2024 und sehen toll aus. Odnung und Sauerkeit sollte an den öffentlichen Bereichen unbedingt verbessert werden. Ansonsten war Riparbella mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen und zum Meer und Stadt Cecina sowie zum Supermarkt musse eine Fahrtzeit mit Auto täglich von 30 min eingerechnet werden.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A sprawling property with a pool. The small terraced houses are well-spaced. However, the apartments are in dire need of renovation (doors are chipped, kitchen and dining room furniture is very old, the fitted kitchen is full of debris and everything stinks of mold, and the toilet flush is broken). The outdoor area was littered with old beer benches and tables, so we had a view of a mountain of garbage. The pool wasn't heated, but it was large enough for a good swim. The kiosk/restaurant was only open for dinner on weekend evenings. The path to the beach is along a 15-km steep, very winding, and partially dilapidated country road, but this makes the property beautifully situated on the mountaintop. It's quiet with fruit trees. The mobile homes and tents are brand new (2024) and look great. The tidiness and cleanliness of the common areas definitely need to be improved. Otherwise, Riparbella was easy to reach by car in just a few minutes, and the sea, the town of Cecina, and the supermarket were a 30-minute drive away daily.

Nel complesso abbiamo passato una bella vacanza. Non ci aspettavamo la casa così isolata. Neanche i telefono prendevano, ma i proprietari hanno installato una ottima rete wifi. Abbiamo avuto qualche intoppo iniziale ma i proprietari sono stati disponibili a sistemare tutto ciò che potevano. Nonostante la zona isolata, la casa è un buon punto di partenza per visitare la zona. Da mettere in conto sempre almeno una mezz'ora di spostamenti per qualsiasi destinazione.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. We weren't expecting the house to be so isolated. We didn't even have phone service, but the owners installed excellent Wi-Fi. We had a few initial hiccups, but the owners were available to fix anything they could. Despite the remote location, the house is a good starting point for exploring the area. Always plan on at least a half-hour commute to any destination.

Die Haushälfte „Rugapiana“ ist für 4 Personen durchaus ausreichend, wenngleich eines der beiden Schlafzimmer recht klein ist.
Die Duschkabine im ausreichend großen Bad sollte erneuert werden.
Alles in allem aber schöne Häuser und eine sehr gepflegte Anlage.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The "Rugapiana" half of the house is perfectly adequate for four people, although one of the two bedrooms is quite small.
The shower cubicle in the sufficiently large bathroom needs to be replaced.
Overall, though, these are beautiful houses and a very well-maintained property.

Leider ist das Inventar doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Beim Gasherd funktionierte leider nur eine Flame richtig, so das ein Kochen fast unmöglich gewesen ist
Es gab leider auch nur italienisches Fernsehen andere Sender konnte man nicht einrichten.
Duschen sehr eng und klein oder in einer Badewanne.
Billardtisch, Tennisanlage und Grill sehr herunter gekommen.
Parken nur vor dem Gelände möglich.
Dies sind nur einige Detailes die uns so aufgefallen sind.
Ansonsten Lage ist gut man ist wirklich sehr schnell am Meer, in Pisa, Vinci oder Lucca
Casa funzionale per trascorrere una vacanza al mare; puoi vivere il mare h 24, senza rinunciare alle comodità della città, avendo vicino negozi e ristoranti; molto funzionale per chi viaggia con bambini, ottima collocazione anche per chi ha cani.

It's a great choice for those traveling with children and also a great location for dog owners.
