Overall lovely rustic villa. It should be noted that there are 40 stone steps to/from the pool area. The wood yard in the valley started sawing at 8.30am until 4.30pm, for 6 days during our stay, which spoilt the tranquility.

Das Grundstück (mit Pool) war sehr weitläufig und nur für uns - es störte niemand.
Der Empfang der Vermieter war sehr herzlich, alles lief sehr unkompliziert.
Die Kaution wurde umgehend am Abreisetag zurückgegeben .
Die Ausstattung war okay, Bad und Schlafzimmer waren sehr sauber.
Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, auch das war kein Problem
Sehr beeindruckend war eine Führung durch den Pallazzo, das war gefühlte Geschichte.

The property (with pool) was very spacious and just for us - nobody bothers you.
The landlord's welcome was very warm, everything went very smoothly.
The deposit was returned immediately on the day of departure.
The facilities were okay, the bathroom and bedroom were very clean.
We had our dog with us and that wasn't a problem either
A tour of the Palazzo was very impressive; you could feel the ancient history.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Enza und Giuliano empfangen,und die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und verwöhnten und mit Produkten aus dem eigenen Garten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Ferienwochen im August in Nievole verbracht es war der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die Toscana zu erkunden. Auf der eigenen großen Terrasse kann man den Tag herrlich ausklingen lassen und man einen tollen Blick auf die Hügel der Toscana Der schön angelegte und von Guiliano gepflegte Pool hau eine willkommene Abkühlung geboten. Wie waren Sehr zufrieden und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für zwei tolle Ferienwochen an Enza und Giuliano

The house was very clean and very well equipped. We spent two very nice holiday weeks in August in Nievole - it was the ideal starting point for exploring Tuscany. You can end the day wonderfully on your own large terrace with a great view of the Tuscan hills. The beautifully landscaped pool, maintained by Guiliano, offers a welcome way to cool off. Maison spacieuse très agréable, très bien équipée dans un très beau cadre silencieux et à proximité des sites intéressants à visiter ; ainsi que de l’accès rapide aux lignes de trains internes pour voir d’autres villes touristiques.
Les propriétaires sont extrêmement chaleureux, accueillants et disponibles en cas de nécessité ; d’une grande gentillesse et ont contribués à la qualité et au bon déroulement de ce séjour en Toscane.
