Nous avons séjourné fin octobre dans la Villa Smeralda. Cette maison était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée et elle est bien équipée. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Paolo est un hôte charmant et professionnel.
Les frais accessoires sont relativement élevés mais les règles du jeu sont clairement mentionnées sur le site d'EasyReserve. Le prix de l'eau peut surprendre mais il s'agit d'une denrée rare sur l'Argentario. Nous avons utilisé le chauffage en fin de journée et durant la soirée ce qui nous est revenu à environ 11 euros par jour.
Le domaine est très bien entretenu. Comme nous étions seuls il est nous est difficile d'apprécier la tranquillité lorsque toutes les villas sont occupées.
La voiture est indispensable. Les explications figurant sur le voucher pour arriver à la villa comporte des erreurs et des inexactitudes qui doivent être corrigées.
En résumé une très belle expérience.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We stayed at the end of October in Villa Smeralda. This house was perfectly clean when we arrived and is well equipped. The view from the terrace is magnificent. Paolo is a charming and professional host.
The incidental costs are relatively high but the prices are clearly mentioned on the EasyReserve site. The price of water may come as a surprise, but it is a rare commodity in the Argentario. We used the heating at the end of the day and during the evening which cost us around 11 euros per day.
The estate is very well maintained. As we were alone it is difficult for us to appreciate the tranquillity when all the villas are occupied.
The car is essential. The explanations on the voucher to arrive at the villa contain errors and inaccuracies which must be corrected.
All in all a very good experience.

Netter und reibungsloser Buchungsservice. Wohnung sauber und Umgebung bestens gepflegt. Grandiose Aussicht vom Sitzplatz. Ein direkter Zugang zum Meer gibt es am Mar Morto. Fussmarsch 1 Stunde.

Sehr sehr schönes Haus, wer Ruhe braucht und die Natur geniessen will, ist das das richtige. Mit 20 Minuten erreicht man die Stadt Arezzo und sonnst schöne Orten. Die weg beschreiben muss besser beschrieben werden. Sonnst TOP

We got the last week of the season in this wonderful house. House and all the services met all our needs. All in all a great house and base to see Tuscany.
