Die Unterkunft war riesig. Alles wirklich eingezäunt und super gepflegt. Das große Haus beim Pool war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das kleine Haus oben an der Einfahrt war auch in Ordnung nur das Bett lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Pool ist riesig und wirklich tief. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Am Ende wurde uns Geld von der Kaution für Feuerholz und die Klimaanlage abgezogen. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzer war schwierig, da sie nur italienisch sprachen. Eine ÜbersetzerApp hat etwas geholfen. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub mitten in der Toskana.

Difficile da trovare ma la proprietaria molto gentilmente è venuta a Manciano per accompagnarci direttamente alla villa. Il parco e la piscina sono davvero piacevoli. La cucina è veramente uno spazio molto piccolo. Stanze e bagni un po' vecchi. Ma nell'insieme è stato piacevole.

La casa e la piscina sono molto belle, in posizione isolata e tranquilla con una splendida vista sulla campagna circostante. Andrebbero migliorate le dotazioni per l'esterno (il gazebo è da rivedere e si potrebbe pensare a qualche pianta in più che faccia ombra). Anche i bagni avrebbero bisogno di una revisione. A livello organizzativo l'assistenza di Manilo è stata straordinaria per professionalità e gentilezza. Lo consiglio.

Die Lage war sehr schön und ruhig. Man konnte sich gut am Pool entspannen.
Die Vermieter waren nett und hilfsbereit.
Nach San Gimignano war es nur ein Katzensprung.
Die zu Paterno gehörige Fattoria Poggio Alloro ist unbedingt für ein Essen zu empfehlen.

Nice house. Very spacious.
Pros: Nice quite location, nice pool, nice garden with a lot of trees and shadow places, change of linen and towels after one week, lots of herbs in the garden. nice terasse, beds in good condition, water pressure ok. good internet access via WLAN and LTE. And last but not least wonderful service by Isabel,
Cons: Kitchen (!!!), needs renovation, too small, oven to small, no dishwasher (!!!),
Just to mention: pool water fairly cold despite the wheather was above 30 degree, sometimes bad smell around the house from the sink. photos a bit outdated!

Wir waren nun schon das vierte Mal in Casa Caldesi und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter freundlich . Was wir uns wünschen würden wäre das der Pool beheizt wird .

So wünscht man sich einen Urlaub. Überschaubare, gepflegte und ruhige Anlage mit drei Mietparteien. Sehr nette Eigentümer bei denen man merkt dass das Anwesen auch das Herzblut ist. Sehr gut gelegen um alle "Must Have's" gut zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.
