An idyllic location amid glorious farmland with wonderful views across the Val d’Orcia. This is an authentic and carefully restored property which the owners have ensured retains its original character. The owners are delightful, welcoming and at the same time unobtrusive. The pool has a natural appearance which blends perfectly and sunsets are spectacular. Perfect for our family reunion for two couples and two children.

Eigentlich wunderschön: Lage, Räumlichkeiten und der Verwalter. Aber: es sind im Prinzip 2 Anwesen. Die Villa mit exquisiten Pool, Sitzflächen und extra Garten. Und dann die 3 Appartements, die deutlich abfallen: Schöner Folienpool, aber etwas abseits und Sitzflächen im Hof. Außerdem ist bei Gina nur eine kleine kitchenette dabei. Reicht und schön, aber eben einfach. Daher passen die Bilder für das ganze Anwesen, aber eben vorallem für die Villa. Leider haben sie dann Bilder bei den Appartments, die zur Villa gehören, was ich für bewusste Irreführung der Kunden halte. Wurde es trotzdem mit dem heutigen Wissen wieder buchen.

Wir durften 12 Tage im wunderschönen Appartement Solengo verbringen. Die Wohnung ist komplett neuwertig, sehr komfortabel, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe bis ins Detail im industrial style eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht und es gibt eine wunderschöne Grillstelle mit traumhaftem Sonnenuntergangs-Feeling. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der bestens gepflegte Pool mit seiner spektakulären Aussicht. Vielen Dank nochmals, dass Sie ihn extra für uns schon früher geöffnet haben. Die Stimmung, vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse, ist wirklich unbeschreiblich schön. Die Fotos werden dem gar nicht gerecht- es ist noch viiiiiiel schöner in Echt!! Wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht (jedoch mit allem modernen Comfort!), aber gleichzeitig eine Prise italienisches Lebensgefühl erleben möchte, ist man hier genau richtig! Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an die Gastfreundschaft von Laura und Alberto und natürlich der süßen Amely!!! Wir werden wiederkommen und freuen uns jetzt schon drauf!! Familie T. mit Cora

Das Haus und das große Grundstück sind fantastisch! Wir haben mit 11 Personen und Hund einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort verbracht. Das Haus bietet Platz für alle Bedürfnisse. Die Schatten Suchenden konnten sich unter die Olivenbäume legen, die Kinder waren im Pool, der Hund konnte sich auf 4000 qm austoben und ich konnte in der gut ausgestatteten Küche kochen und backen. Die Besitzer haben sich um alle unsere Wünsche umgehend gekümmert. Das Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Von Lamporechio aus kommt man in gut einer Stunde ans Meer, Florenz, Pisa, Lucca....

casa bella e pulita, signora molto disponibile e gentile, purtroppo le temperature di questa primavera non hanno permesso l'uso della piscina 21gradi circa e per FORTUNA la casa ha riscaldamento ( anche se a prezzo elevato 4,5 Euro al metro cubo di gas) ma poi stavamo proprio bene, la cucina é accessoriata bene, se ci richiama la Toscana ci torneremmo subito

Das Haus von Carolina hat in jeder Hinsicht unsere Erwartungen übertroffen:urgemütlich,komplett umzäunt (super mit Hund),perfekt ausgestattet und wunderschön in Mitten der toskanischen Hügel gelegen, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt während unseres Herbst-Urlaubs.Carolina und Ihr Vater waren jederzeit ansprechbar und alles lief reibungslos!!!Danke dafür und für eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem tollen Haus!!

Really quiet and comfortable area on the hills above San Polo. From the terrace you can enjoy a great view on the tuscany hills.
The appartment was cozy, well equipped and offered anything needed to cook dinners and relax, we especilly enjoyed the fireplace.
The road from San Polo to the villa is quite steep, so getting around by car is recommended.
Stefano was very friendly during check-in/-out and was available via phone in case of questions.
He has really good wine to offer, you should try that one!
