8 of us had a great time at Ville Di Cinzia. Beautiful property and views. Cinzia, the owner, was sweet and had a great wine as a welcoming present. It was so good we purchased 8 more bottles from her. The small town of Iano where the property was located has 2 restaurants, one which we ate dinner at several nights. Montaione, which is close by had several restaurants and a grocery store. We went from Pisa/Lucca to Florence to Volterra to Greve and it was conveniently located. We felt like we were definitely in Tuscany staying here.

très beau cadre mais un peu de déception à l'ameublement. L'eau du robinet n'est pas potable,mais aucune bouteille n'est mis à disposition à l'arrivée.les propriétaires sont très accueillants et serviable.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] beautiful setting but a little disappointment in the furnishings. Tap water is not drinkable, but no bottle is available upon arrival. The owners are very hospitable and helpful.

Property was everything you could wish for. Pretty, very clean and had everything you would require even insect spray! The views were as depicted in the advert. Owners left us alone but were willing to assist if asked. Villa is surrounded by an Olive grove so is very quiet. Note no washing machine at villa but there are 2 laundromats in nearby Sinalunga, which is a very easy 5 minute drive away. We will rent this villa again on our next trip.

het was een prima huisje. Jammer dat het eigenlijk twee aparte huisjes waren. Dit was voor ons onvoldoende duidelijk. Jammer als je met een gezelschap gaat.

Gorgeous home in a wonderful location - just a 10 minute walk through the olive grove and up the hill to the walled village of Cortona. The home is very comfortable with lovely antiques and many original features. We especially loved the large fireplace in the main house. The views, especially at sunset, are spectacular. The pool is gorgeous and would be a great benefit if visiting in summer months. It's a very serene and tranquil location but also very close to many wonderful Tuscan villages and cities to explore.
The host is kind and friendly, offering to assist as needed. We were surprised to learn the host resides in the house as well in a private apartment. It wasn't an issue as we were all quite separate and private, but just something I'd prefer to know in advance. The other surprise was that the refundable deposit is required in cash/Euros. We knew it was due upon arrival but since we paid by credit card, we thought we'd be charged the deposit by card too. Again, not a problem but just good information to know in advance.
Our only suggestion for the owner is to try to improve the wifi signal. While "unplugging" is wonderful, we did need to connect with our work but found it difficult due to lack of signal.
We highly recommend this property and would select it again without hesitation.

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in La Capanna in Montelopio. Een mooi, schoon en sfeervol huis. Hartelijk ontvangst, flexibel met betrekking tot extra wensen (open houden zwembad, beschikbaarheid kinderbedjes en kinderstoelen). Het huis heeft een fijne indeling waardoor er voor iedereen genoeg privacy is. Zeer geschikt voor een vakantie met een grote groep (familie en vrienden). Het uitzicht is prachtig. Voor (kleine) kinderen een veilige speelplek. Voor volwassenen is er altijd een rustig plekje in de zon te vinden.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We really enjoyed our stay at La Capanna in Montelopio. A nice, clean and attractive house. Warm welcome, flexible with regard to extra wishes (keeping the swimming pool open, availability of cots and high chairs). The house has a nice layout so there is enough privacy for everyone. Very suitable for a holiday with a large group (family and friends). The view is beautiful. A safe playground for (small) children. For adults there is always a quiet spot in the sun.

Villa Sonia was perfect for our family vacation. There were eight of us in five separate rooms. All the spaces were very comfortable. The villa is spotless and well equipped. The grounds beautiful. It is very obvious the owners take very good care of this property. Debora met us upon arrival and gave us the grand tour to familiarize us with everything and answers our questions. As far as the location, it's close to Florence and in the heart of Chianti. We even were able to tour the beautiful Val D'Orcia region (highly recommended) and were back in time for dinner. There's a wonderful grocery store with everything you'd need plus wine very close by. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Had a wonderful week at this villa. Everything about the property is first class. Our host met us at the villa to give us the keys & explain all the features. This is a gated villa. The views are incredible as the villa is up high on a hill. You can see Cortona from the villa. All of the decorations were beautiful. The bathroom/showers were very clean & really nice. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room everywhere to relax. The kitchen has all the things you need to cook with. There is a washing machine also. We sat by the pool in the sun. Very relaxing too. There are 2 TV’s and 2 areas with sofas to hang out in. The entire property is pretty spectacular.
