A group of 9 family and friends truly enjoyed our stay at the Villa. It was amazingly prepared and Manuela was simply wonderful as a host. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to return for another vacation. The overall property was extremely well maintained and the home offered anything that one could want while visiting.

Montalcino is a lovely area with fantastic wineries, restaurants and scenery. Cerretalta is centrally & conveniently located in the Brunello area of Tuscany just south of Florence. The facilities are very spacious & clean. The downstairs game room was a hit on rainy days! With 2 full well appointed kitchens & living rooms, there was plenty of space for our extended family of 16. It was harvest time which was a treat to observe. Grocery shopping is nearby; be sure to bring paper napkins & towels, dishwasher soap, spices, coffee & filters with you. A lovely, large property.

De locatie is ideaal. Rustig, maar toch centraal t.o.v. steden en dorpjes.
Appartement zelf was prima. Wij waren de enige huurder in het complex, dus hadden het zwembad voor ons alleen. In het hoogseizoen, als alle appartementen verhuurd zijn, zal je waarschijnlijk minder privacy hebben en het terras/zwembad moeten delen met 6 andere appartementen.

Apartment itself was fine. We were the only tenant in the complex, so we had the swimming pool for us alone. In high season, if all apartments are rented, you will probably have less privacy and have to share the terrace / pool with 6 other apartments.

Good price-value. It is very rustic. Charming, but rustic.
The sofa's aren't realy suitable for sleeping, so I would recommend the house for 2 people.
Lighting in the kitchen is not sufficient for cooking when it's dark outside.
We had a great welcome and got a honeypie and some wine to start our stay.
The pool was cold at the end of september, but very clean.

The location is the best, close to the train station and to all of the historical area. We loved to stay close to all the beautiful Fiorenza! The apartament was very clean and had all that we needed. The person who receive us was very nice to us and made it all simple and easy. Actually, you can’t ask for a better location and confort. We were able to rest in the middle of our day, and in the end of it, rest in a silent and calm bedroom.

Das Haus ist super für eine Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen und sogar noch mehr Personen würden Platz finden. Das der Pool sauber und direkt vor dem Haus liegt ist ein Traum und auch falls mal mit Kleinkindern dort übernachtet wird, ist es ein großer Vorteil dass der Pool eingezäunt ist. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Bad und auch unten gibt es noch ein WC, extrem gut für drei Paare! Die Besitzer sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, jederzeit auch erreichbar. Es sollte nur erwähnt werden, dass der Strand zwar nur 15 KM entfernt liegt, jedoch durch die kurvenreiche Strecke man 30 Minuten einkalkulieren sollte. Wir waren überrascht das wir so weit oben lagen mit dem Haus. Dennoch haben wir uns einfach extrem wohlgefühlt und direkt weiterempfohlen!
