Appartamento al piano terra di una villetta immersa nel verde della pineta di Marina di Çastagneto Carducci, a circa 250 metri dalla spiaggia libera. Ristrutturato di recente, ben arredato e dotato di tutte le comodità. Biancheria da camera, bagno e cucina, pulita e curata, letti già pronti per poter riposare. Possibilità di accedere al Giardino botanico (posto a circa 800 metri dall'appartamento) riservato agli ospiti della struttura, con accessi alla spiaggia libera. Il giardino è dotato di servizio igienico, acqua potabile, sedie e lettini, amache e tavoli con panche per pic nic. I signori Moscardini, in particolar modo la signora Annachiara, Titolari della Struttura, sono persone cortesi e attenti alle esigenze degli Ospiti. Degli eccezionali padroni di casa.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa una settimana ad agosto. Il giardino recintato è stato prezioso per il nostro cane, mentre la piscina abbastanza grande ci ha fatto godere momenti di relax. La casa è piuttosto isolata. Si possono fare belle passeggiate sfruttando la strada non asfaltata che conduce alla casa. Ideale per chi vuole vivere momenti di relax in mezzo alla natura e lontano dai grandi centri abitati.

The fenced garden was invaluable to our dog, while the fairly large pool made us enjoy moments of relaxation. The house is rather isolated. You can take beautiful walks using the unpaved road that leads to the house. Ideal for those who want to experience moments of relaxation in the middle of nature and away from the towns.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Ok for this house and in general'the place and accomodations BUT it was impossible to use the pool because there was plenty of "Tafani" and "zanzari"

Very good experience, The house and its surroundings very correct with all possible comforts. Excellent relationship with owners Marcella and Vincenso who were there for us at all times giving us all kinds of attention. Highly recommended

Environnement exceptionnel! Piscine et installations extérieures parfaites. Logement rustique mais confortable. Petit bémol sur la propreté d'autant plus que les frais de ménage de fin de séjour sont élevés, mais la propreté laissait à désirer. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un minimum de base pour la cuisine. Il manque un petit livret d'accueil avec quelques conseils de visites, restaurants aux alentours, ... Ceci ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour avec un très bon rapport qualité prix.

La villa est vraiment très agréable et très au calme. Elle est très spacieuse, bien entretenue avec un beau terrain et une piscine magnifique. La vue est splendide et les accès pour bouger Dans la région sont très pratiques. Les propriétaires ont été très gentils et très à l’ecoute. Ils nous ont offerts des fruits, des biscuits et du vin. Nous etions 11 personnes et chacun a trouvé sa place. Le barbecue et la terrasse ombragés nous ont permis de passer d’excellentes soirées. Nous recommandons vraiment cette maison car elle a tout pour plaire.

The house is amazing! We were a group of 13 and had a wonderful time! Plenty of space, great size pool, well equipped and good maid service. We would definitely come back.
Our only quibble was the directions to the property, they were not very good and to make it worse it is not called Villa Gubbio anymore which we were not told until we arrived!!Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Eccellente proprietà in un'ottima posizione. Bella casa. Comoda per riposare e visitare moltissimi posti interessanti a meno di un'ora di viaggio.

Salve, la casa bellissima, posto tranquillo,Enio e stato molto gentile, l'unica cosa siamo rimasti un po male per la pulizia avendo 2 persone allergiche alla polvere e li un po cera,specialmente i divani forse una rinfrescata piu accurata ci vorrebbe...
