Me and my family had one of our best vacation trips ever in this beautiful house in this calm village outside Arezzo. The house (and the pool) was very clean and well decorated and the views were magnificent. The owners were very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Il Gelso Di Mario was even better than described in your visual description of this site. There were 17 of us and every one had a great time. the accommodations were super clean and large. There is a large gathering room with a full kitchen with a table that seats 20. The pool was large and very enjoyable after a day of museum wine tasting and lots of eating . The location is near perfect, easily reachable by auto or train. The Host Mario M. was gracious helpful and informative. It was easy to reach Cortona , Perugia, Florence and other surrounding locations. I would most certainly return to this villa in the future. John McLear

Our stay at this beautiful villa was nothing short of magnificent. The surrounding gardens and countryside only enhance the beauty of this already picturesque property. Our host Stefano and his family could not have been any more gracious or accommodating. Our stay at Villa Leferrette was the holiday of a lifetime and a precious memory we will cherish forever.

Insgesamt ist die Ferienwohnung auf einem sehr schönen, großen Grundstück gelegen und bietet eine absolut traumhafte Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, usw.).
Der Pool ist der Knaller! Richtig groß, super Wasserqualität und - wie gesagt - tolle Aussicht. Wir hatten immer unsere Ruhe.
Muss man wissen: das ganze Grundstück ist extrem ab vom Schuss. Mal zu Fuß irgendwo kurz hin ist unmöglich. Das Grundstück liegt auf 480 Meter Höhe und ist am Ende nur über eine Schotterpiste zu erreichen.
Die Eigentümerin mit Familie wohnt direkt nebenan. Die Unterkunft mit Pool ist nicht alleinstehend.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Très vaste villa. Nous étions 16 (8 couples ) et nous n'étions pas serrés. Chacun avait sa chambre et sa propre salle de bain. Il manquait simplement de quoi faire sécher le linge de toute la tribu . Simplement un tancarville.
