La casa resultó ser mucho mejor que en las fotografías (que ya son geniales). La casa es preciosa y te hace sentir en una auténtica villa toscana por unos días. No se escucha ni un solo ruido, solamente el sonido de los pájaros. El paisaje que se tiene desde las partes exteriores de la casa y las habitaciones es simplemente ESPECTACULAR. Se divisan campos abiertos que te hacen sentir en medio de la nada. Aunque la casa esté situada en la localidad de San Sabino, está totalmente independiente de cualquier vía de tránsito y aislada, lo que hace todavía mejor su situación. La relación de la piscina con la terraza/comedor exterior de la casa es perfecta ya que la gente puede estar haciendo actividades distintas estando cerca al mismo tiempo. Dino y su mujer (los encargados de la villa) nos dieron un cálido recibimiento con unos dulces y vino de su propia cosecha. Fueron encantadores y siempre estuvieron disponibles para cualquier duda o pregunta que tuviéramos. Una noche nos prepararon unas pizzas que estaban mejor que en ningún restaurante en el horno de leña de la casa, os lo recomiendo! Muchas gracias por hacer de nuestras vacaciones un sueño! Siempre lo recordaremos y seguro que repetimos otro año!

Spacious house at a very quiet location - nicely renovated combining the original style with a modern look and feel inside. The well equipped kitchen even has a dishwasher (which we didn't use :)).
It's pool is nicely located close to the house- more than big enough - and well maintained (one remark: the pool has no low depth area (for small children)).
The road to house was somewhat challenging (with some slopes) - but well do-able - the car's ABS was a reassuring help though :)Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. It was even better than the pictures show it to be. The pool was fantastic and well maintained with cleaning every morning. The owner's mother met us for check-in and the owner helped us with questions during our stay. Highly recommended (we were a family group with 3 children aged 4, 8 & 12 and two grandparents). Only draw back would be that you can't walk to Montalcino from the house despite the proximity, due to lack of footpaths beside the winding road.

Brilliant place. Awesome garden with shade, a pool with a view, very friendly landlords, close to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano. We were there in July.

Outstanding property, it accommodated 15 of us very comfortably. Amazing kitchen which we used almost every night. Avoid hot summer months, lots of bugs. Other than that and limited wifi this villa is pure luxury.
