It was perfect, absolutely beautiful, comfortable & extremely well-equipped. Our party of seven from OAP's to 2 year old were wowed by this wonderful villa, it's pool and breath-taking views. Would definitely recommend and would go there again......didn't want to come home.
One complaint is that it isn’t particularly toddler-friendly - in particular a scary open mezzanine, which I hope the owners will address.

Ein wundervolles Haus mit einem grandiosen Ausblick auf die hügelige, typisch toskanische Landschaft. Man wohnt ungestört auf einem kleinen Hügel, kann die kleinen Ortschaften aber mit dem Auto schnell erreichen.
Die drei Wohnungen mit je zwei Zimmern und einer Küche sind gut aufgeteilt, es gibt hier unterschiedlich große Zimmer, ein weiteres Zimmer geht von der Hauptküche ab, ist aber durch 2 Türen von ihr getrennt. Der Außensitzplatz ist toll für gemeinsame Essen und gemütliche Abende. Der nette und sympathische Verwalter steht einem bei jeglichen Fragen zur Verfügung und hilft sofort weiter, hält sich aber sonst diskret im Hintergrund. Der herrliche, gepflegte Garten und Pool machen den Aufenthalt perfekt. Schöner kann ein Aufenthalt mit einer großen Gruppe nicht sein, absolut empfehlenswert.

Tolle Lage am Berg, direkt in einem Olivenhain mit toller Aussicht. Pool und Aussicht schöner als auf den Bildern. Haus auch sehr geschmackvoll im toskanischen Stil eingerichtet. Einzig die Anfahrt zum Haus ist durch die unbefestigte Straße ein wenig mühsam.

Great location on the mountain, right in an olive grove with great views. Pool and view more beautiful than in the pictures. House also very tastefully decorated in Tuscan style. Only the access to the house is a bit tedious due to the unpaved road.

Das Haus hat Charme und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet. Die Ausstattung ist prima und es gibt eigentlich alles, was man so zum Kochen/Grillen/Leben braucht. Toll war auch, dass alle Gebrauchsgegenstände (Besteck, Teller, Gläser,..) nicht abgezählt, sondern reichlich zur Verfügung standen. Die Außenanlage ist groß, schön hergerichtet und bietet reichlich Platz für Spiel & Entspannung. Der Pool ist groß und war auch im August wirklich erfrischend. Was wir als "Manko" empfanden war der Weg nach oben zu dem Haus. Der Weg zu Haus führt nur über eine steile, kurvige Schotterstraße. Wir haben uns jede unnötige Fahrt gespart! Aber dadurch kamen wir auch wirklich dazu uns zu entspannen... Wir würden nächstes Jahr in diesem Haus nicht mehr Urlaub machen, ich kann es aber trotzdem allen empfehlen die Ruhe und Erholung in der Natur suchen.

The house has charm and is very lovingly furnished and designed. The equipment is great and there is actually everything, what you need for cooking/grilling/living. It was also great that all utensils (cutlery, plates, glasses, ..) were not counted, but ample available. The outdoor area is large, nicely decorated and offers plenty of space for play and relaxation. The pool is large and was really refreshing in August. What we felt as a "shortcoming" was the way up to the house. The way to the house leads only over a steep, winding gravel road. We saved ourselves every unnecessary journey! But this also made us really relax ... We will not go on holiday in this house next year, but I still recommend it to anyone looking for peace and relaxation in nature.

Das Haus ist optimal ausgestattet. Fenster bzw. Türen im oberen Schlafzimmer ohne Mückenschutz. Sehr ruhige Lage, tolle Landschaft. Anfang September waren nachts viele Wildschweine unterwegs. Auch unmittelbar ums Haus herum. Betreuung vor Ort sehr nett und stets hilfsbereit.

We had an amazing week at the Molino Santa Lucia. The setting is so peaceful, and the house was fantastic for our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 children). The children loved the pool, and so did we! We look forward to returning one day.

Abbiamo soggiornato 15 giorni in questa magnifica casa,ci siamo trovati benissimo,la villa è a dir poco stupenda,arredata con stile e dotata di ogni confort...il parco che la circonda ti immerge in una sensazione di pace e relax.Ottima la posizione che ti dà la possibilità di visitare a poca distanza i luoghi più belli e caratteristici di questa terra.Infine vorrei ringraziare i proprietari Elia e Sonia che ci hanno permesso di sentirci a nostro agio grazie alla loro gentilezza e disponibilità,nonché buona discrezione.Torneremo sicuramente con la nostra piccola Beatrice che tra poco nascerà.

The park that surrounds it immerses you in a feeling of peace and relax. Superb position that gives you the opportunity to visit within easy reach of the most beautiful and characteristic of this region. I would like to thank the owners Elia and Sonia who have allowed us to feel at ease thanks to their kindness and availability. We will definitely be back with our little Beatrice who will soon be born.

Netter Empfang durch die Besitzerin Silvia. Das Haus liegt inmitten von Weinreben und Olivenbäumen. Anfahrt erfolgt über einen unbefestigten Weg. Haus Roberto ist komplett ausgestattet und sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden und werden nach 7 Tagen gewechselt. Toll ist die vorhandene Waschmachine. Aufgrund der Lage und dem eigenen Pool ist man wirklich unter sich. In der Nachbarortschaft Castelfiorentino sind Lidl, Coop und diverse andere Geschäfte, Fahrzeit ca. 8 Minuten. Ich würde Haus Roberto weiter empfehlen. Evtl. werden wir die Anlage nochmal buchen.

We had a great week in Tuscany. The apartment in Palazzo Conti was nice, well equipped and spacious. The pool was nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
