This was a lovely place to stay! The apartment was clean and comfortable and very spacious. In fact it felt more like a house.The pool was really very good and with fantastic 360 views. Close to Rignano, it was easy to get to Florence by train.
It was quite close to a major road - not in terms of danger for children, but noise and a major rail line, however this didn't bother us unduly.
A perfect place to relax.

The villa was everything we expected, having plenty of space for our large family group. What we didn't expect was the personal, attentive approach of the owner himself making friends with our family and being available with help whatever our needs, be it large or small. Always available but not in the slightest intrusive. The villa itself was extremely comfortable and the outside living, dining and pool areas were second to none. If you go there you will love it. We only had one problem - we stayed for a week instead of two !

appartement conforme aux photos du site, par contre, manque d'équipement surtout au niveau de la cuisine et les ustensiles prêtés par l'accueil n'étaient pas très propres.
les 70 € demandés pour le ménage sont exagérés, car celui ci est loin d'être parfait surtout au niveau de la cuisine, une 2ème douche ne serait pas de trop, ( nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants ) - pas de micro onde, pas de lave linge, pas de cafetière - par contre l'accueil est souriant et ils sont réactifs à nos demandes - les locations sont excentrées de la réception et un oubli de taille sur la présentation de la location, avec des enfants, il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à la piscine qui se trouve sur le site principal.
Le restaurant est à fuir si vous ne voulez pas comme nous attendre 2 heures entre l'entrée et les plats de pates.

Schönes großes Haus in ruhiger traumhafter Lage. Einzig, der Anfahrtsweg auf Schotterstraße. Angenehm kühle Schlafräume. Probleme mit WLAN.

Accomodation was excellent overlooking San G. The hosts very responsive and helpful. Comfortable beds, showers, safe & secure. Very clean. Awesome swimming pool. Only feedback is the signage at the front of the property could be improved to help guests find when first arriving. Overall very happy and would return.
