Die Lage ist traumhaft schön mit einem sehr schönen Blick über die Landschaft nach Montespertoli. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool ist sehr schön und groß. Die Eigentümer und auch die Verwalter sind sehr sehr nett und total hilfsbereit. Hierfür gibt es volle 5 Punkte. Es wird nur italienisch gesprochen. Der Eigentümer (soweit vor Ort) kann auch etwas Englisch. Die Wohnung ist gut. Es fehlt ein wenig Stauraum in der Küche. Die Schlafzimmer sind großzügig und gut. Die Badezimmer sind klein aber auch o.k.. Das Wetter war genial, so dass man sich die meiste Zeit draußen aufgehalten hat. Die Anlage ist auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Anwesen. Das Objekt ist perfekt für eine kleine Familie die einen ruhigen Anlaufpunkt in der Maremma sucht abseits der Hotspots. Betreuung vor Ort war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Ausstattung Küche vollkommen angemessen, Schlafzimmer sehr sauber und gute Matratzen ;-). Das Bad ist sauber und funktionell (könnte ein wenig größer sein, hat aber als Pluspunkt ein Fenster!)

The house is located in an authentic Tuscan town filled with beautiful serene surroundings. Location was perfect for day trips to other towns (Assisi, Siena, Pisa and Orvieto to just name a few).
The outdoor space is quite and provided us with additional space for lounging and even cooling off in the pool.
The house was spacious for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers). Everyone had room and we never felt confined to any small space.
The kitchen was efficient and met all our needs.
The 3 bedrooms each with private bathrooms also added to our comfort.
Overall the interior living space met all our needs. Additionally, the WiFi was a hit with the entire family for keeping in touch with what was happening back home and posting photos.
Would highly recommend renting this house and we would rent it again .

The property and surroundings were perfect for us, a family with 2 adults and 4 children. The pool was exceptional. Everything was clean and exceeded our expectations. The owners were extremely helpful.

This is a lovely villa that is nestled in the Tuscan hills and close to many beautiful and charming towns. The villa had everything we needed. It was a little hot in the evenings, however.

We stayed at ANTICO FIENILE for 2 weeks and enjoyed it for several reasons:
1. The house and the apartment are simply beautiful, craftsmanship at its best!
2. It was terribly hot this July (37 to 40 degrees Celsius), so we only survived because of the cooling system in the living room and the bedroom ;-) it worked perfectly!
3.) The landlords were so incredibly helpful and friendly, communication worked fine although we hardly speak any Italian and they speak little English.
4.) It's a fine place for golfers: 4 minutes to walk (!) to MONTECATINI GOLF.
5.) It took us an hour drive (in any case) to all the places we wanted to see : Pisa, Siena, Volterra, San Giminiano, Firenze, ... so the house is kind of centrally located :-)
6.) The house is at a hill, quietly situated within olive groves ... we loved the peace!

Sehr schöne, nett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Hausfrau ist sehr freundlich, sehr bemüht. Es hätte mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein können, z.B. Parmesanreibe, große Trinkgläser. Ansonsten alles bestens. Der Swimmingpool ist fantastisch, der Garten ist sehr gepflegt.

The apartment is quite spacious and well equipped, especially with lots of crockery,cooking utensils ,cleaning equipment and small details like a mending kit and guide books. Lovely view from the terrace ,and I love the oldworld feel of the little village. Only drawback was that one of the 2 airconditioners was not working- (which are only necessary on the top floor.)

Es ist einfach traumhaft , es ist ein kleiner Bauernhof mit Pferden. Schweinen ,Hunden , Hasen und einer katze . Die Besitzer sind zwei ganz nette Leute ( sprechen leider nur Italienisch aber es gibt ein Tablet mit Übersetzer so das es problemlos mit der Verständigung klappt )
Der Pool ist ein Traum sehr gepflegt und groß ebenso das Grass und das ganze Anwesen ;-)
Die Anfahrt erfolgt über 2,3 km lange Schotterstraße an die man sich erst gewöhnen muss , aber mit einwenig Übung kein Problem mehr darstellt .
Es ist pure Erholung und Ruhe garantiert . Wir waren jetzt schon das 2. mal dort und planen unseren 3. urlaub schon . Das einzig negative was es zu sagen gibt sind die Matratzen , welche schon leicht durchgelegen sind .
Mit der Beratung und der Durchführung von easy Reserve sind wir mehr als zu frieden weiter so
