mooi huis kwalitatief goed afgewerkt, slaapkamers uitklaar met kleine kinderen kan dat problemen geven
erg donker en in zomer erg warm, helaas groot min punt geen horren echt heel erg veel muggen als je aantrekkelijk bent voor muggen dan is geen enkele slaapkamer veilig om te slapen zonder muggen, zo jammer dat er ze geen moeite nemen om horren te plaaten .

Just a fantastic location. The villa is in great shape and the owners are on site every morning to clean the pool, clean the BBQ and fill up with wood and adress any issue that may arise. All in all we can not think of anything negative to say.

Beautiful spacious house with an even more beautiful infinity pool. Stunning views. To Lucca, Pisa and the sea! Nice garden furniture, lovely dining table under the wisteria pergola! In case of rain (which we unexpectedly had a lot) there is enough space inside but kitchen and TV room are a little small and dark. The access road is partly unpaved, very narrow and in poor condition. You need a sturdy car (preferably 4x4) and strong nerves. But after a exciting drive you will be rewarded with a GREAT place. We will come again!

We had a nice time and the owner Maria was indead very helpfull and friendly. The matrass was a little problem because it was too soft. You have a nice view from the property. The house is very near to the centre of Panzano and a very good starting point to make some trips to Siena/Pisa/Luca...

The price for the place seemed very reasonable but in reality the accommodation was very basic. Inadequate crockery and cutlery ie exactly 3 cups/knives etc. for 4, no water glasses etc. There was not a single comfortable place to sit,apart from the small sofa which was the 4th bed and difficult to close up, and so remained open and unusable as a seat. The remainder were uncomfortable metal chairs. The wifi was largly non existent and without the kindness of the gentleman working there who,let us use his privatebwifi we would not have had any meaningful access. This had been a significant factor in our choosing this place but it was rarely working and then so slowly as to be unable to maintain the connection.
There are 5/6 apartments one of which caters for a large house. There is a single washing machine for all of these. In addition all the laundry following change over appears to be done there . This means queuing to do laundry and this is very inconvienient for labarintho as it is on the other site. and means dragging the laundry over and either leaving it or bringing it back.
There are two sites and labirintho is on the smaller. The Swimming pool is on the other which is about 7 minute walk through the field otherwise there is a steep walk down a path and really steep upward walk to the pool taking 10/12 mins.
Despite these issues the general area is lovely. The care taker Massimo was extremely kind and helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

We have discovered paradise om earth! The house owners are nice and friendly people and the children are great, playing all together. The garden is beautifull. The food is excellent in the restaurant next door. Dogs are friendly too. Thank you roberto, edi, clara, emanuel and claudia. See you next year!!
