Positive:
Excellent house, great views, beds are comfertable, good garden furniture, bathroom is perfect.
Suggestions for improvement:
- access road needs some maintenance;
- couch in the living room is not very comfertable, could be simply solved with some large extra pillows for support of your back + one extra comfertable chair as 5 people do not fit on the couch.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Great place, beautiful region. The house is small but perfect, and to our surprise there was a jacuzzi!

11 Kiwis thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Flora 18, Flora and Roberto were very helpful and accommodating. The villa was superb, the setting was magnificent and we would recommend this place to others. Florence was an easy commute away, the town of Borgo San Lorenzo had everything we needed. We dined at the local restaurant a couple of times and found this to be great. Flora also cooked us a meal one night, that was just brilliant!!

Sehr schöne Anlage, toller penibel gepflegter Garten, super Ausblick. Perfekter Ort für Städtebesuche in der Toskana. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Tochter vor Ort spricht deutsch. Haben sehr schöne Tage in der Casa Simona verbracht.

This was truly our dream Tuscany location. Staying here was like living inside a painting. Finding it was a slight adventure, but that only added to the charm of our visit. I would definitely recommend this villa.

A remarkably spacious villa set in a beautiful area of Tuscany. The villa was spotless on arrival and the owner was friendly and helpful. We would certainly return.
