Très bien. Maison sur 2 étages avec 3 chambres + 1 « salon TV » qui fait également office de chambre si besoin et 3 salle de bain.
La piscine et les parties extérieures sont super, la vue est splendide

Sehr schönes gepfegtes Haus mit großem Garten. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub (wenn es auch im August sehr heiß war). Abwicklung usw. hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Ausgezeichnet! Sehr schöne Anlage mit großzügig geschnittenen Appartements , einem tollen Pool und einem riesigen Garten zur freien Benutzung. Sehr ruhige Lage aber doch perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Nahezu alle „must have“ Städte sind bequem zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter.

Very quiet location but still perfect as a starting point for excursions. Almost all the "must have" cities are within easy reach. Very friendly landlords.

Our extended family spent a week soaking in the pool, walking the grounds and exploring the region. The property is beautiful and very well-maintained. The owners were responsive, warm, welcoming and gave us our space to enjoy it.

Die Villa ist absolut atemberaubend.
Ausstattung top, Badezimmer sehr modern, Betten allesamt bequem, alles sehr sauber.
Leonardo war stets erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Auch die 2 Gärtner waren sehr engagiert und top. Leider verging die Zeit viel zu schnell, es war einfach traumhaft.

L’appartement est très bien, même si l’équipement de la cuisine est assez sommaire. Les ventilateurs aux plafonds sont très efficaces et permettent d’échapper aux grosses chaleurs de la nuit. La douche est très ancienne et entartrée. Ils avons dû demander à ce que le pommeau soit changé. Les extérieurs manquent d’entretien. Il n’y avait pas d’éclairage extérieur lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous empêchant de manger dehors le soir. L’éclairage a été toutefois changé deux jours après suite à notre demande. Le petit déjeuner est passable, avec des produits malheureusement premier prix, malgré un gâteau fait maison. Plusieurs chaises et bancs sont en mauvais état. La piscine est parfaite, il est très surprenant que le propriétaire s’entête à demander le port du bonnet de bain (il vient d’ailleurs surveiller que les vacanciers le portent et fait des remarques) alors que personne cette semaine ne l’a porté ????. Une honte qu’il essaie d’en vendre à 5€ l’unité. Nous n’avons jamais vu une telle règle ailleurs en toscane. Bizarre. Autre règle, la piscine ferme à 19h, surprenant alors qu’il fait très chaud et que c’est une bonne heure pour se rafraîchir. Malgré ces quelques points négatifs facilement gommés avec un peu de volonté, l’endroit a un potentiel incroyable et est très bien situé. Enfin, un grand merci à la dame qui gère les vacanciers. Elle est très réactive, à l’écoute et efficace.
