We loved our stay at Agriturismo San Clemente. It has a great location, is newly renovated, and is very clean. We stayed in the Pinot apartment and it was perfect for us (a couple with a small dog). Their olive oil and wine are both fantastic, so we recommend trying them during your stay!

De plek waar het huis staat is boven op de berg met een schitterend uitzicht en zeer rustig gelegen. Het app is zeer compleet en aan het zwembad. Hier is volop plaats om te zonnen en om in de schaduw te zitten. De bedden en de slaapbank liggen goed. Op verzoek is er een los bed geplaatst zodat de kinderen (13 EN 15 jr)ieder een eigen slaapplaats hadden. Internet is aanwezig maar niet in het huisje. Dit is alleen aanwezig in app Ginestra. Het bereik is rondom het hoofdgebouw wat ca 15m verder staat. De eigenaars zijn zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. Ze spreken Duits en Engels. De zelfgemaakte jam en honing smaken uitstekend. Voor verse broodjes is er een klein supermarktje op ca 10 minuten afstand, gelegen in een hoger gelegen dorpje.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The place where the house is situated is on the mountain with stunning views and very quiet. The apartment is very complete and at the pool. Here you have plenty of space to sunbathe and get in the shade. The beds and the sofa bed are good. On request, a separate bed was placed so the children (13 and 15 years) each had their own bed. Internet is available but not in the house. It's available only in the unit Ginestra. The connection range is around the main building which is about 15m further. The owners are very hospitable and helpful. They speak German and English. The homemade marmalade and honey taste perfectly. For fresh bread there is a small supermarket at approx. 10 minutes, in a village situated just a little higher.

We waren met 2 gezinnen samen in Montescalari 6. Het was een prima ruim appartement, goed schoon. Jammer dat je steeds naar beneden moest met je ontbijtspullen ed. Buiten had je een stuk tuin beschikbaar waar je heerlijk kon zitten. BBQ beschikbaar. Evenals een aantal mountainbikes (die je s avonds wel weer naar boven moest fiesten, pff).
Het zwembad was wat verouderd (tegeltjes lieten los) en best een pittige klim. Wel lekkere ligbedjes en een fantastisch uitzicht. Grote parasols Ook leuk dat er een tafeltennistafel en voetbalspel was. Heerlijk genoten samen me de andere 43 gasten van een traditionele maaltijd. Andrea is een fanastische gastheer. Wijn en olijfolie van het landgoed mee terug genomen. Gemoedelijke rustgevende sfeer. Prima wasmachine in het huisje beschikaar. Bij de receptie WIFI gratis beschikbaar. Wel wat afgelegen (zo'n 3 km van de Chiantiroute). Voor vers brood was je wel 8 km onder weg (en weer terug). Vanaf Filigne binnen een half uur in Florence met de sneltrein vanuit Rome (aanrader). We hebben genoten van de prachtige omgeving. Fam. ter Borg en Steur uit Paterswolde (4 tieners).

Too bad you had to go down each time with your breakfast items etc. Outside there was a lovely piece of garden available where you could sit. BBQ available. Like a number of mountain bikes (which you had to drive back up hill again in the evening though, pffff).
The pool was a little outdated (some loose tiles) and quite a steep climb. But nice sunbeds and fantastic views. Large umbrellas. Also nice that there was a table tennis and football. We enjoyed the delicious traditional meal together with the other 43 guests. Andrea is a fanastische host. We took some wine and olive oil from the estate back home. Warm soothing atmosphere. Excellent washing machine in the house available. WIFI at the reception free of charge. A little remote (about 3 km from the Chianti Road). To get fresh bread you will drive 8 km (and back). From Figline within half houryou can reach Florence by express train (recommended). We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Fam. Ter Borg and Steur from Paterswolde (4 teenagers).

Ons verblijf in Il Pigionale was super. Het huis heeft alle benodigde voorzieningen en ligt op een bevallig pleintje.Bakker,slager,restaurant en supermarktje zijn allemaal op loopafstand en het is ook een goede uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen.Er is zelfs een prada outlet enkele km's verder.De eigenaars zijn zeer aangename en hulpvaardige mensen.We mochten gebruik maken van hun zwembad en de kookles met Marina is gewoon een aanrader.

Our stay at Il Pigionale was super. The house has all the necessary amenities and is situated on a graceful little square. Bread, butcher, restaurant and supermarket are all within walking distance and it is also a good base for exploring the surrounding area. There is a Prada outlet at only a few km. The owners are very pleasant and helpful people. We could use their pool and cooking lessons with Marina is a must.

Schitterende villa, mooi tussen de bomen, met heerlijk uitzicht op de wijngaarden en Radda. Toscane en Chianti gebied zijn prachtig, en leuke plaatsen als San Gimignano en Siena zijn vlak bij. Behalve een zwembad en zitjes in de tuin is er niet zo veel te doen rondom het huis zelf.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Superb villa, beautiful situation among the trees, with lovely views over the vineyards and Radda. Tuscany and Chianti area are beautiful and fun places like San Gimignano and Siena are near. Besides the swimming pool and sitting in the garden there is not so much to do around the house.

We had a lovely 10 days at this very typical Tuscan property. The young children were totally smitten with the pool and we enjoyed the peace and pleasant surroundings. The property is very private although there were other guests but the setting lends itself to privacy, having said that we were easily able to get to large supermarkets etc and central for the main tourist destinations. We hebben erg genoten in La Miccia, eerst toen we binnenkwamen, leek het erg donker. Dit komt omdat het iets onder straatniveau ligt. Algauw bleek dit een enorm voordeel. Het bleef heerlijk koel. We hebben genoten van de gastvrijheid van Marina, Francesco, Julio en Irene. We konden daar altijd terecht voor vragen, het zwembad en de fantastische kookles. Ik zou het zeker aanraden. Het enige nadeel is dat er weinig eigen "buiten" bij is. Je zit op het terrasje op het plein, waar we iedereen na een week wel kenden en elkaar groeten. Maar als je het dorp uitloopt zijn er genoeg plekjes waar je kunt zitten. Het is wel een aanrader om een auto te huren, wij hebben dit via deze site gedaan, goedkoop en zonder problemen.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We really enjoyed La Miccia, when we first arrived, it seemed very dark. This is because it is slightly below street level. Soon we found out that this was actually an advantage because inside it stays very cool. We enjoyed the hospitality of Marina, Francesco, Julio and Irene. We could always go to them with our questions, to use the pool and have the fantastic cooking lesson. I would definitely recommend the property. The only downside is that there is only a small outdoor area. You sit on the terrace on the square, where after one week we got to know everyone and everbody says hello. But just outside the village there are plenty of places where you can sit. It is highly recommended to rent a car, we have done this through this site, cheaply and easily.

La residenza "bastione" si è rivelata un luogo affascinate e suggestivo ove tornare la sera dopo aver viaggiato durante il giorno per la magnifica Toscana. Splendido il contesto del castello, ottima l'organizzazione.

Palazzo Rosadi is a beautiful villa on an incredible property with an excellent pool, great views of the Tuscan countryside, flowers, and well-kept grounds. The owner takes personal care to ensure that everything is set up in the best way. We had 5 small children in our group, and we had cribs, bed rails, high chairs, and everything else needed to make it a great stay. We loved the location - close and convenient to Monterchi but very secluded. I would love to stay there again.
