The first such property that the staff here are proud to present is Limoni. This beautifully converted farmhouse sits on a 5 hectare estate outside of Cortona.
A gorgeous view of the surrounding area can be seen from the villa and its private pool. The property can accommodate ten people in 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. The villa owner lives in a small apartment separate from the rest of villa with its own private entrance and the rest of the house and grounds aside from a small garden is at your disposal.

The rental is actually split between the main farmhouse and a small outbuilding that has been refurbished and has its own kitchen, parlor with fireplace, dining area and two of the properties bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are located in this smaller building.
From the tourist perspective, Cortona is a great place to plan your day trips through Tuscany. Cortona, like most towns in Italy is connected to the train system which provides easy, fast and cheap transportation between the cities. If you prefer driving, it's still very close to Arezzo, Siena, Montalcino, Montepulciano and with a little more driving Pisa, Lucca and Florence.
Though once you see the crowds that some of these larger towns can attract, coming back to your lovely private villa in Cortona will make it feel even more like home. Cortona itself does get a lot of tourists due to its popularity from the movie Life is Beautiful and the best-selling book and the even more popular movie, Under the Tuscan Sun, but retains some of the charm that one would look for in a smaller Tuscan town.
