It's very useful to actually visit the accommodation that we offer because it is so much easier to reply to all the requests - but during these visits we do not just view the properties but we also get to meet the owners and learn about the rich history of these amazing villas in Tuscany.

Last Sunday we went to visit the LA SELVA estate near Montebenichi, in a wonderful central position between Siena, Arezzo and Florence. What an amazing place, the pictures we have on the site just do no justice at all.... well it's hard to catch the atmosphere and the views on pictures. The owners Riccardo and Sherry are so welcoming and helpful. Riccardo showed us the villas and updated us with many details. On the estate there are 2 very big independent villas (Villa Fabbri and Villa Felciai - each for 20-25 people) which are only a few hundred meters away from eachother so they can even be booked together by a very large group and further there are 2 very nice apartments in outbuildings near the villa where Riccardo and Sherry live (Terrazza and Libreria). They are really the perfect home owners: having travelled a lot themselves they knows what travellers need !

The estate is also a perfect location for wedding parties, the Italian gardens with fountain and statues, the spacious common room and the terraces make this place ideal for the most important day... Riccardo and Sherry can organize all type of wedding services for you from catering to flowers !
