A 3D map of Pistoia is here with models of the town hall, Basilica and cathedral with braille panels beside them to describe what the user is touching. There are also sample of the materials used to build them such as marble and terracotta.

The Etruscan museum of Cortona offers panel guides in braille and replicas of the statues and artefacts on display for visitors to touch and appreciate the craftsmanship of each piece.

‘Uffizi by touch’ is an art tour in Florence for the visually impaired in the Uffizi Gallery.
