Cute Italian Fashion Brands You've Never Heard Of Before

Twinset
I tried to promise myself that I wouldn't buy any clothes this time around on holidays but as Italy is one of the fashion capitals of the world and I'm fashion obsessed, it was too difficult. Instead, I made a deal with myself: I could buy a maximum of two items. I stuck to this bargain but it was not easy as I discovered lots of new, amazing Italian brands that I had never heard of before. If you are another style addict, like myself, visiting Tuscany, these are the brands you should check out to bring home pieces that no one else around you will have!
1. The End, Firenze

This brand was founded in Florence in 1993 and offers both menswear and womenswear – although, admittedly, the womenswear is far superior and the menswear not that nice at all, in my personal opinion. I came upon it in the Barberino Outlet and liked almost everything I saw. In fact, it was the brand that killed my willpower completely and made me strike that new bargain with myself. With cool pieces inspired by higher end labels and a bit of a rock and roll vibe, there are lots of statement items to be found. While there is a website, it seems like you cannot currently shop this brand online, meaning it really is a must for fashion lovers shopping in Tuscany. You can find the outlet store in Barberino and another in Veneto, as well as two stores in Florence, one in Viareggio and a final branch in Scandicci. With high street prices and a designer appeal, this is my top pick.

2. TWINSET

I saw TWINSET in quite a few places and it always had the most appealing windows – in fact, as a general rule, Italian window displays are beautiful and enticing and very dangerous! In some cases, these attractive exteriors lead to stores with very little going on inside of interest but TWINSET does not disappoint when you step inside. Again, there are a lot of on-trend, cool pieces that obviously take cues from designer labels (*cough* Gucci is everywhere and ruling at the moment *cough*) but there is a particularly excellent approach in appealing to lots of age groups. There are pieces that teenagers will want but also items that anyone could incorporate into their wardrobes and boasts high-end style and quality, without quite the same price tag. Stores are located around Europe and it can be shopped online but it is not a brand that has made its way to the English-speaking part of the world or many other places outside of the mainland continent. Find the Tuscan stores in the Barberino Outlet, Florence, Lucca, Siena and Forte dei Marmi.
