When I was recently in Tuscany on holidays, I had every intention of not shopping. I mean, I really don't need new clothes, do I? Yet, despite my promise to myself that I wouldn't buy anything, I caved pretty quickly and had to strike a new bargain. I was allowed to buy two items of clothing and that was it; no more and no less. This sated my mad desire to buy everything in sight but just barely. As I couldn't completely indulge my passion (or afford to!), I merely took mental note of all of the stunning Italian brands that I had never heard of before so that I could report them back here.
Here are more of the brands that I spotted, which are musts for fashion lovers to check out on their next holiday in Tuscany!

5. Blumarine
Fair warning with this one: you'll need to have quite a bit of disposable income if you're interested in checking it out. However, if you do, you'll discover a highly pretty, playful, feminine brand that is colourful and fun. Think adorable party dresses but also statement coats and classic knits that will suit all sorts of demographics.
6. Luisa Spagnoli
Luisa Spagnoli is an important Italian fashion house that was founded in 1928 and is named after its founder. The brand values its strong identity, your own personal style and high quality and is conceived for contemporary and glamorous women. More affordable than the likes of Blumarine but still on the expensive end of high street prices, they do, however, make stylish investment pieces that will last and work season after season whether you are looking for a wardrobe basic like a good blazer or a silk gown for a special occasion. Sophisticated and elegant, this is a brand that screams quintessential Italian style. Best of all, there's a store in the Barberino Outlet so you can get that style at a more reasonable price point! Just find a vacation rental in Barberino di Mugello and get the label at bargain prices (and all of the other amazing brands housed there).
There are many other brands to explore in Italy – most of which you have probably never even heard of before! Tuscany really is an ideal holiday destination for fashion lovers!
