Here are my points:
- large garden
- older equipment in the house - but who cares when you are in Tuscany:)
- advantageous location (10 mins to Sinaluga - Lidl, restaurants, ice cream, gas station etc) + 5 mins to Valdichiana outlet - good place to spend some money for fashion
- neither owner (old nice lady) nor from her family do not speak english
- the house and the surroundings was clean
- we were 4 families with the small kids (8 aduls + 9 kids) - enough space for everybody.
