“Beautiful apartment, cared for in every detail, very faithful to what you see in the photos. The renovation made it modern from the point of view of technology and infrastructure, while maintaining the magic of the "ancient" flavor.
The location is excellent, in the center of Cortona, but away from the confusion that could be created in the main square (reachable on foot in two minutes), and practically above the large free public car park.

“We had a wonderful week in Bulleri. Stefano was a great host, as was the ambience of the old, rustic building, which authentically reflects the character of a country house.
The proximity to the tourist spots is great, the supermarket here in town can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes through the vineyards.
The equipment of the house was great, we had everything we needed and plenty of space for 12 people.
The opportunity to use the pool in October was also wonderful - on cooler days we were able to use the open fire pit.”

“We booked the villa for a week in Tuscany as a family.
1. The location: exceptional view of Montecatini Terme. Perfect for exploring Tuscany: 45' from Florence and Pisa. 45' from the tourist route of the Chianti valley (then allow a short hour to reach Siena).
2. The villa: very spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Perfect for 16 to 22 people. Equipment suitable for cooking for a group. Fridges, dishes, coffee makers,... accordingly.
3. The garden: beautiful and large swimming pool; sand playground; huge park (be careful it goes uphill!)
4. Stefano: the owner, very friendly, he comes by every day (trash cans, pool maintenance,...)
We spent an excellent week in this beautiful villa, perfectly suited for a group stay. We warmly recommend the villa.”

“The location is perfect for exploring the wilds of Tuscany and the city of Florence. The property is massive with enough space for more than one family. The position of the pool is ideal overlooking olive orchards and grapevines and the swimming is divine. Definitely need a vehicle and you can rent one nearby at Florence airport or rail station.”

“It is a beautiful old villa with a huge garden with swimming pool in beautiful surroundings. The floor where we stayed has large bedrooms (3) and a kitchen and living room. We were there for 8 days and 1 set of towels is a bit tight. The pool water is very cold, but great for cooling off. When you lie by the pool you feel like you are alone in the world, it is so peaceful. All well-known towns can be easily reached by car from Poggibonsi. A car is a must because it is quite a drive from Poggibonsi.”
