More famous attractions and highlights of a trip to Tuscany, meanwhile, are within day-trip distance: Bolgheri (25km), Volterra (30km), Pisa (60km), and Florence (100km). Cypresses, olive trees, and other trees all around the grounds further add to the privacy as well as make the space more pleasant. As noted, the gardens are neatly manicured, with lush green lawns, charming little paths around the space, plants and flowers, and various nice little areas for dining and relaxing al fresco. Despite the lush greenery, however, wonderful views over the gorgeous surrounding vistas can still be enjoyed in different parts of the garden, including the lovely deck, various terraces, and the infinity swimming pool. The pool also has an outdoor shower and gentle steps down into the water for your comfort and convenience. Sun loungers by the pool, a hammock, bistro sets on the terrace, a spacious area on the porch for al fresco dining, and more have all been set up beautifully to allow guests to really make the most of the space.

The living area is made up of a cosy living room with a fireplace and comfy furniture, a dining room that makes the most of the views through a panoramic window, an open kitchen that allows guests easy access out onto a loggia, and a main bathroom. Then there are the bedrooms: the first of these bedrooms is a large double en suite room, the second is a double bedroom, and the third room has another panoramic window, a little living space, a double fold-away bed, and its own bathroom. Another bedroom is located outside the main building area with no internal connecting door.
Amenities such as the WIFI, air-conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and iron make stays even more convenient. Plus, a high chair and cot can be provided for those travelling with young children under two years of age.
