The house is divided into two and the owners live on the opposite side of the villa but they have a separate entrance and garden. Upon entering, you will walk into a welcoming and modernised kitchen with everything you could need, including a dining table seating all six guests, a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove top, oven, toaster, Italian coffee machine, and a direct exit to the garden that makes bringing meals out to enjoy al fresco easy. On the first floor, there is an en suite double bedroom, another double bedroom, a bathroom, and a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. Pisa and her famous Leaning Tower and other attractions is just 18km (or 11 miles) away. The Tuscan Coast is also an easy day-trip distance with the charming coastal town of Viareggio 30km (19 miles) away, and the slightly buzzier seaside town of Forte Dei Marmi 37km (23 miles) away. For a longer day-trip (but one that is still very much possible), you can head to the world-famous attractions of the Birthplace of the Renaissance, Florence, which is 81km (50 miles) away.
