Good location for art lovers. House furnishings and kitchen equipment basic and a bit tired. Take wasp/hornet remedy. Several of our party were stung badly by hornets while eating at table outside kitchen door in the evening.

Beautiful location with views over Florence in the distance. Very nice pool set up with covered area to sit and eat.
There is no air conditioning which we had taken for granted . It should be spelled out. This was a problem as we had temperatures well over 30 degrees. Fans were produced which helped a little. There is also no wifi . Again we assumed that this would be available . It should be made clear.
There was also a serious mosquito problem and we were told that it was not possible to spray .
The electricity is astonishingly expensive . Don't expect to see much of your deposit back even if you are careful .
Rubbish is also an issue . The collections are complicated . In spite of complying with the rules we accumulated a lot of rubbish which was not collected and somehow that became our problem and we had to pay E50 for it to be taken away.
The reception was friendly and overall we had a good time and as mentioned above the location, lay out and pool facilities are very good but at this price ( with the electricity surcharge on top) I would expect aircon , wifi and a more accommodating approach to the rubbish problem.

Jolie villa toscane avec surtout, une très grande et belle piscine et une vue magnifique sur la campagne toscane avec de merveilleux couchers de soleil.
En revanche, l'intérieur de la maison est sombre, et le salon et la salle à manger manquent de confort. La cuisine est trop petite pour y cuisiner et y préparer à manger. Les salles de bain sont aussi petites. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses, mais les portes ne ferment pas complètement ce qui ne permet pas aux occupants d'avoir de l'intimité.
Il manque incontestablement une machine à laver le linge, indispensable pour une maison faite pour accueillir 8 personnes.
Le village, avec tous les commerces nécessaires, le marché et un supermarché, est accessible à pied, ce qui est très pratique et appréciable.
