Traumhafte, sehr stilvolle und gepflegte Location. Große Gartenanlage. Jedes Zimmer/Nebenhaus (3 Stück) hat eigenes Bad und Toilette. Gute Lage für Erkundungen der Toscana. Freundlicher und kompetenter Verwalter, der sich tagsüber in der Anlage zurückgezogen aufhält. Jeglicher Service wird angeboten, kostet aber extra (z.B. Handtücher wechseln). Pool wurde während der Woche leider nicht gesäubert (einziges Manko neben der fehlenden Kaffeemaschine). Hinsichtlich des Wohnwertes lässt sich zusammenfassen: Besser geht nicht !

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Fantastic, very stylish and neat location. Large gardens. Each room / annexe (3 pieces) has its own bathroom and toilet. Good location for exploring Tuscany. Friendly and competent caretaker who retreats on the grounds during the day. Any service is available, but costs extra (eg towels change). Pool was not cleaned during the week (the only drawback besides the lack of a coffee machine). The value can be summarized: you can't get it better!

What a gem. This villa is perfect for those that want a base to visit Tuscany especially if you have a car. The owners Gabriele and Lucia are very warm and welcoming. We had Lucia prepare a evening meal for us which was just superb. The location of the Villa is perfect being just minutes from a fairly large town of Poggibonsi that has all your shopping and transport needs and yet with the villa being nestled on a hill over looking Poggibonsi amongst olive and grape farms it provides a very tranquil setting giving you the feeling you are miles away from everything. There is a railway station in Poggibonsi with rail connections to Florence and Sienna. Buses also run from the town places like beautiful San Gimignano. There is a large PAM Supermarket about 3km from the villa which can cater for all your food and drink requirements. The only minor criticism I would make is that you need to supply items such as dishwashing detergent, kitchen cloth/scourer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc all those things that are usually included. Otherwise the perfect place in a perfect location.

Great owners and scenic location. The only problem (but advantage at the same time :)-) that it is in a isolated place almost at a top of a mountain - it takes 12 minutes of an uphill drive on a dirt road to get there from a main road.

Our famiy had a wonderfull time in Fattoria Di Romngnano . The villa is beautifull , well maintained with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all 18 of us.Location is great , close to all of Tuscany's main cities and attractions. After some grocery shopping at the near by village of san giustino valdarno, we cooked in the lovely equiped kitchen,and one night had a delicious dinner at the Fattoia's restuarant - great tuscan food and wonderfull atmosphere.
there is a nice swimming pool which the kids loved (despite the rather cold temps..they just couldn't resist the temptation.. ).Ricardo the owner,and Helnia the housekeeper, do everything to make you feel at home ! if your are looking for a place to spend a relaxed family/friends gathering - this is a great location to do so.
