the owners are not very friendly and do not speak any english. the women was extremly rude during our departure as she was understaffed in cleaning the houses. she wanted us to leave early and kept on complaining

The house is very well located. On the terrace a very nice panoramic view over the landscape, with nice swimming pool. Very good located between Sienna and Florence.
However for 1200 euro a week, we expect at least WiFi connection (also available for children), easy chairs for all the guest of the appartment (a 5 person appartment has only two easy chairs on the terrace and inside the house only three), a micro wave or oven (nothing available), a 21th century television with connection.
