Very nice place. Close to the city so can walk on the morning to get some espresso from the local bar. The house is good with all the things you need for coking.
We were with two families and was lots of space. We Will visit this place for sure one more time.

Very good location and facilities. Barbara and her parents were most helpful and a joy to talk with.

From the villa, we visited Pisa, Florence, Cinque Tere, Volterra, and of course, wonderful San Gimiynano.

We gave the owners some suggestions the would make our stay perfect. They were very receptive.

Nice, clean and well equipped apartment in beautiful surroundings. La Falcionaia has its own terrace with splendid view over the valley towards Poppi. Very kind owners living next door. Beautiful garden with lots of flowers and trees, you can always choose whether to sit in the sun or the shadow.

heel fijn en groot huis, prima onderhouden zwembad, zeer grote tuin, en vooral zeer lieve eigenaars !! die altijd klaar stonden om te helpen, tips en advies te geven over de streek, en dagelijks het zwembad proper maakten....

The most significant thing about this property is that it is actually in the village - the last house in the village - not out in the countryside. This isn't a bad thing because you can easily walk to shops , café etc but this should be on the website so people are not disappointed when they find they are not out in the Tuscan country side. The Castle is an absolute treat.
