We had a great time at Villa Pedone. Its location is great just outside Lucca and the villa itself was wonderful with great outdoor eating area and wonderful views. Out housekeeper AnnMarie prepared great meals for us. She made our stay even more memorable.

Review Details:
The villa was much better than expected - i can only say that the photos don't do it justice. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is nice and pivate with fantastic views. To the right is the valley and to the left you look up the hill to Volterra. We stayed there in September the sun set behind the church - stunning!
The 1500m to Volterra was up a very steep hill! Unlit most of the way so take a good torch. Better instructions on how to find the villa needed.
Absolutely to recommend. We will probably return ourselves.

An excellent overall experience for my family. We are two adults and four kids; the living area is very nice, with air conditioning and screens on the windows. The owners are very nice and very helpful with any needs. The outside space is situated in a lovely spot with a wonderful swimming pool available and BBQ. Nice area as well which is nicely situated between Lucca & Florence! great overall vacation home.
