The villa ii poggiarone Was the perfect Location to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday what's six other couples I can't imagine a better location in Central Tuscany to explore from I lost count of the number of hilltop villages we visited. nearby Montepoluciano is charming. riding E-bikes through the countryside was a blast. the views from the villa are stunning especially the sun setting on Montepoluciano with the ever-changing light you never get tired of looking over the hills the kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you need We even had a cooking class at the villla that was great fun we spent most of the time outside wes aroundr the picnic table with a very solid Covering over it. the friendly Farm kitties and occasional dog that would visit when the sun went down added to the ambience I can't imagine I better arrangement for a group of this size. I would return in a heartbeat Two things to note getting up the steps to the very upstairs bedroom is a head knocker if you're over 6 feet tall I would save the penthouse for the kids or short people. Initially finding the villa can be a challenge even with navigation better signage on the gravel roads approaching the villa would help

Le Rondini was magnificent. The property itself is stunning with fabulous sunsets. The Villa was clean, charming and comfortable and the owners were very welcoming and responsive. It is located outside the village of Montopoli d"Arno. We were a friend group of seven, some couples, some singles. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax. We took day trips to Lucca, Volterra, a cooking class and a winery tour on other days. We also enjoyed the pool on a couple of afternoons. A car is needed and it took us about 50 minutes to an hour to drive to our day trip locations. Don't miss this one.

La maison Casino Di Lecceto est spacieuse, très bien située dans un endroit particulièrement calme et proche de la ville de Sienne. L'équipement à disposition est tout à fait satisfaisant. Piscine agréable pour se rafraîchir lorsqu'il fait chaud. Toutefois deux limites sont à déplorer : d'une part, le chemin pour accéder à la maison mériterait de bénéficier d'un terrassement pour faciliter l'accès. Si l'on ne dispose pas d'un véhicule 4 x 4 il est peu praticable. D'autant plus que des averses parfois fortes contribuent à le raviner. D'autre part, ce serait un plus de pouvoir disposer de l'eau potable. The equipment available is quite satisfactory. Nice swimming pool to cool off when it's hot. De ligging van de locatie is prachtig, vanaf beide kanten is het een prachtige slingerweg omhoog naar de villa, eenmaal door de elektronisch bedienbare poort gekomen was er alle ruimte om onze 6 auto's kwijt te kunnen. (En er is nog genoeg ruimte voor meer) Elke slaapkamer is comfortabel en heeft een eigen badkamer en er is genoeg ruimte om in ons geval met een groep van 9 comfortabel te slapen, ontbijten, koken, barbecueën en te ontspannen. Het zwembad was een beetje fris in deze tijd van het jaar, wel lekker als het geen 20 °C is. De villa is opgedeeld in 4 (voormalig) appartementen en een bijgebouw met elk een eigen keuken en woonkamer, zo is er nog extra ruimte om je terug te trekken. Voor de villa is er plek om overdekt buiten te zitten onder de overkapping en achter de villa is er een prachtige ruimte met een grill. De regio is ook echt prachtig, er is veel te zien en te doen. Als je er op uit gaat met een grote groep of grote familie is dit een heerlijke plek om je rustig terug te kunnen trekken en zijn veel mooie steden in een goed uur aan te rijden. Ook zitten er plenty goede restaurants in de regio. Wat ook positief opviel was de eigenaar, we zijn ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen en rondgeleid. Ook hebben we een aantal goede tips meegekregen voor bezienswaardigheden. Ze was verder erg flexibel met uitchecken al met al perfect, hier zo ik zo weer terugkomen! (And there is still enough room for more) Each bedroom is comfortable and has its own bathroom and there is enough space to sleep, have breakfast, cook, barbecue and relax comfortably with a group of 9 in our case. The pool was a bit chilly at this time of year, but nice when it is not 20 °C. The villa is divided into 4 (former) apartments and an annexe, each with its own kitchen and living room, so there is extra space to retreat to. In front of the villa there is a place to sit outside under the canopy and behind the villa there is a beautiful space with a grill. The region is also really beautiful, there is a lot to see and do. If you are going out with a large group or large family, this is a wonderful place to retreat to and many beautiful cities can be reached within a good hour's drive. There are also plenty of good restaurants in the area. Another positive thing was the owner, we were received very friendly and shown around. We also received a number of good tips for sights. Sehr schönes Haus, sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Aber das Geschirr haben wir vor der Erstbenutzung gespült ! Leider bekamen wir durch das große Dach über die Terrasse nicht so viel von der eh seltenen Sonne zu sehen. Durch das Dach war es sehr schattig. Das kann bei großer Hitze natürlich wieder von Vorteil sein. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Very nice house, very friendly landlord. But we washed the dishes before using them for the first time! Unfortunately, because of the large roof over the terrace, we didn't see much of the sun, which was rare anyway. The roof made it very shady. This can of course be an advantage when it's very hot.
