New Review Submitted for Podere Il Doccio: Casa Acqua located in Terranuova Bracciolini, Tuscany, Italy.

Rental Date: Sunday 3rd of July 2011.
Renter Rating: 5/5.
Review Details:
We loved this villa, inside and out. The colors and textures were exactly what we love about Tuscany and wanted to experience. The furnishings were wonderful and comfortable, too. Marina and Francesco were delightful and friendly, checking up on us periodically to see how the sightseeing day went or if there was anything we needed. They gave good recommendations for places to visit (when we asked) and then the best way to get there. The pool was great for our three kids, to give them something to do when they were tired of sightseeing. We spent a very laid-back three days and wished we had longer for the whole experience. (The directions to the villa were a little bit hard to follow at first, but that was because we didn't yet know how to follow Italian directions and road signs. Once you know that, it's easy!) We would definitely go back.

New Review Submitted for La Corte Di Campalli located in Monteriggioni, Tuscany, Italy.

Rental Date: Saturday 9th of July 2011.
Renter Rating: 5/5.
Review Details:
Riccardo and Simonette are the homeowners and they are fantastic. The villa was impeccably maintained and the owners were incredibly helpful and friendly. The property is absolutely stunning and we all wanted to take the cook home! If you have the opportunity plan at least one meal in and select from the villa's menu -- you will not be disappointed. This property is centrally located to everything! We day tripped Rome and Venice from our villa via the Italian train and it was simple and easy to get around. The most fun we had however was staying close to the villa and visiting the small towns scattered around the Tuscan region. The views from the home are spectacular and will be definitely be heading back.

One word of caution -- no air conditioning at this villa which is not unusual however when we were there the tempertures exceeded 100 degrees F. There is simply no way to air condition this beautiful property but come prepared to deal with standing fans. Also the road leading to the villa is unpaved and remote so take it slow or you will end up with all kinds of rock dents and dings and make sure you look for the villa in the daylight. You must try the wines of the property as well -- they are special.

New Review Submitted for Casavecchia located in Pieve A Presciano, Tuscany, Italy.

Rental Date: Saturday 2nd of July 2011.
Renter Rating: 5/5.
Review Details:
Lovely villa in a great location. A couple of things we didn't realise: there is actually currently no internet provision (wifi or otherwise) at the villa, which was problematic for our group particularly as a couple of us had to stay in touch with work. Also: the lady who looks after the house actually lives on-site next door in an annex, which was no issue and totally unintrusive but psychologically it's much nicer to think your group is seclueded and in a private place to relax alone. Otherwise, all great.

Villa Primula and its owners provided such a wonderful experience that I am reluctant to let anyone else know because then the availability will close quickly...it was a great time and I send the Testini family my warmest greetings. Also EasyReserve made the booking and payment very easy. Stephen S - New York, NY
