What an absolute gem of a property, place and people. I cannot recommend Villa Fracassini highly enough. The villa has everything one could possible want for a wonderful holiday. It is a lovely blend of age and modernity. The garden is delightful and the pool a great addition to have in the warm summer days. I have rarely experienced customer care and service as fantastic as this. Irene and her team went over and beyond to help make our holiday an unforgettable experience. Pergine Valdarno is a beautiful and welcoming town in a stunning part of Tuscany.

Review Details:
Being in Tuscany virtually every year since 15 years, we have seen a lot of different houses. Mulino Al Suono was really a great pick which offered great value for money. The 900 year old former mill was indeed very special and could certainly tell great stories if the walls could speak... and totally suitable for our setup with 10 kids and 10 adults. We have really enjoyed the venue. The pool is close to the house so we could easily survey the kids, and the fence was helpful to make sure no kid is dropping in by incident, The venue felt even like a small village. Kitchen equipment could have been more elaborate and little below average compared to other houses, so if you are requiring e.g. espresso coffee maker, better bring your own. Anna, who was managing the house, was really helpful and answered promptly all our requests. Many thanks!

We had a wonderful time. This spacious property has everything you need. Plenty of space, stunning views, extremely welcoming pool surrounded by a colourful Tuscan garden. San Vivaldo is a pretty hamlet with a great traditional well priced restaurant. Great location to visit Pisa, Florence and our favourite, San Gimignano. The hosts were amazing and nothing was a problem. Highly recommended

Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Lediglich die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig, aber mit Händen und Füßen ging es dann irgendwie. Alles in allem aber alles super. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. In der Wohnung befanden sich viele Ameisen und Gekkos. Die Gekkos waren ok, das sind halt Tiere vor Ort, die Ameisen waren sehr nervig. Und die Küchenutensilien waren sehr rarr. Es gab nir Töpfe in xxl und kein vernünftiges Schneidemesser. Der Urlaub war trotzdem sehr schön und ich würde da wieder hinfahren
