A lovely well equipped property, in a fabulous setting, with a traditional feel, that just makes you feel at home straight away. The pool and its surroundings are beautiful, we spent a lot of time there just relaxing, which after all is what a holiday is all about. Getting to ‘know’ what is a surprisingly big property takes a little time partly because our friendly Italian host and his son appear to speak no english so unless your Italian is exceptional any questions about the house, how it works or where things are will have to be done through google translate. Every property has some quirks and this one was no exception so these comments are really of a minor nature and for the owners to consider whether they wish to address them. There is only air conditioning in the bedrooms, so working out how to keep the house cool takes some time. Some electrical sockets take normal 2 pin European plugs or adaptors but a number are 3 pin which is unhelpful. The TV satellite channels had no signal. The wifi code is incorrect in the ‘House’ book, it’s actually the number code on the back of the router. The washing machine (which is down some outside stairs in the boiler room) had an electrical fault which meant if you touched the drum it gave you an electric shock! We definitely needed google translate to explain that one. Finally take some good mosquito spray they can be a problem if you have sensitive skin. Over all a lovely property, very well located, You will have a great holiday.
