We had the best week at Villa Le Ferrette! The villa is in a great location and has fantastic views. We sat by the pool, played soccer, had ping pong tournaments and cooked meals almost every night! The owner, Stefano, was very hospitable! He helped secure the chef, musician and photographer for my birthday party and was available to answer any questions throughout our stay. We had plenty of room for our large group and we were very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is nice. I highly recommend the villa plus Stefano is the best!

This house is an absolute gem! The garden is so beautiful and spacious, the house is an historic piece - renovated in style! It is very thoughtful equipped, there's everything you could possibly ask for. We travelled as a family and had a perfect stay there. As long as you don't need infrastructure nearby (there's only one restaurant in the remote village, anything else needs to be reached via car) we can recommend this house 100%!!!

My travelling companions and I had high expectations prior to arriving, and Villa Fracassini exceeded our expectations in every way! The villa itself is very comfortable with large bedrooms, a very comfortable open plan living/dining/kitchen and a large, private yard; and, importantly, everything worked perfectly - all the appliances, the showers, WC, etc. However, the most important part of our visit to Pergine Valdarno at Villa Fracassini was the privilege and pleasure of meeting Irene who greeted us upon our arrival and was available to us each day for recommendations, insight, and guidance all of which enriched our experience and made our week in Tuscany among the most enjoyable and memorable travel adventures for all of us.
