Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette splendide villa : elle est très bien située, le parc est magnifique et l'accueil chaleureux. Le petit plus : la cave pour un petit apéro au frais ;-). Il y a quelques perles dans les restaurants de la région. Seul bémol, la région n'est pas très "dynamique" pour des jeunes adultes ou adolescents qui souhaiteraient s'amuser le soir.

Just spent a wonderful week at this property. We were 3 generations of family plus and a family friend. The house was perfectly set up to provide privacy whilst having plenty of spaces for us all to congregate to eat, cook and swim together. Location is fabulous- on one hand you feel that you are almost alone in the world, but plenty of attractions nearby. House is beautiful and charming. Pool fabulous and beautiful views. Only suggestion would be to update some appliances eg toaster which was particularly quirky! Thanks for a terrific stay.

A truly wonderful experience staying at Villa Pedone. I booked it for my 50th birthday. We were a party of 14 and our experience overall was fantastic, we had dinner served a couple of nights which was great value, very well presented and the food was fabulous too. Duccio was a great host, very informative, responsive and helpful. The house is in a beautiful setting with great views at every turn a truly beautiful place to stay with tonnes of history & character. We had access to the pool which was essential for our stay in July. My only suggestion is that you bring bug repellent when staying during the hot months. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Pedone for private parties or family holidays. You will love it. I really hope to stay again.
