Preciosa villa típicamente de la zona. Bien situada tanto en el pueblo, como en la zona para hacer turismo.
Muy acogedora, bien distribuida y con grandes espacios. Hay muy cerca en coche un hermoso lugar para el baño, son unas pozas en el río. La dueña es muy amable y esta pendiente de cualquier problema pero sin atosigar ni sentirte vigilado.Estuvimos 10 personas muy cómodas, incluidos los niños.
Bastante bien equipada, solo comentar que echamos de menos un microondas y algo de menaje de cocina (las cacerolas no tenían tapas y las sartenes demasiado usadas).
Nuestra valoración es de 9´5 sobre 10 nos hizo sentir todo el sabor de La Toscana.

We've stayed in Rustico Chiasso for 2 weeks and we loved it. The house has everything you need and is very clean. In the garden you have a BBQ, terrases and a 5x10m super swimming pool. The owners were so nice and friendly. We have booked other holiday houses in the past, but this house is the best we ever had!

ein tolles Anwesen, ein Ort der Entspannung und Seele fallen lassen, Alles für Einkäufe in guter Nähe, Tagesausflüge u.a.nach Siena, Florenz, Cortona, Arezzo etc.gut machbar.
Elena ist sehr freundlich und hilft sofort, wenn es nötig ist.

Nice farmhouse, with easy access to main Tuscany attractions - Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Chianti etc.

Adv: good location (Pistoa is a fantastic city - make sure you do not miss it), nice and big house with 2 kitchens (important if you travel with many people), and 6 rooms. Comfortable for 12 people + 4 babies. Absolutely fantastic garden and super nice swimming pool with amazing view - we spent lots of time around it !

Disadv: very, very close to the motorway. The unique farmhouse location on the hill ensures that you won't see the motorway (even though it is literally 100m away) but you will hear it. After 2 days, we got used to that and we didn't hear that anymore. Definitely not disturbing, but good to know. Cleaning: Despite the 150 E fee for cleaning, you still need to ensure you take the bottles out (owner follows some strict garbage recycling rules and you are asked to follow the same) and clean the kitchens. Otherwise you might not get your deposit back.

Overall a good experience and worth considering.
