Looks just like the pictures. Clean, very spacious and comfortable, gorgeous property. Access to Borgo Scopeto Relais for use of amenities (hotel facilities - pool, spa, wifi, restaurant) was an added bonus we learned about upon our arrival. Very close to Ponte Bozzone for restaurants if you are staying local for the day. The pool was lovely, unfortunately it rained, so we didn't get to take advantage.

l'agritourismo est situé en haut d'une colline depuis laquelle on a une très belle vue. acces par une route non goudronée sur environ 1.2km. les lieux sont très beaux, très bien arborés avec arbres, oliviers et fleurs, une piscine de grande dimension...
l'appartement n'est pas très grand et la salle de bain un peu sombre, le lit est de 140cms. la baie vitrée donne sur un espace avec table, chaise parasol permettant de prendre les repas à l'extérieur et fauteuils entouré d'une haie qui protége l'intimité mais aussi coupe la vue.
il y a eu un probleme avec les toilettes qui ne fonctionnaient pas correctement malgré les multiples interventions du propriétaire.

We had a wonderful stay at Il Palazzetto. The place was clean and spacious and the owners made us very welcome, providing lots of local knowledge and even baking a cake for us, which helped with our bike riding trips! The outside terrace had wonderful views over the town and valley and was the perfect place to enjoy a late afternoon refreshment.

We were 3 families (with teenagers) staying at the villa. We Loved every part of our visit. The Villa was VERY clean and well maintained. Loli was terrific to work with - she arranged tours and transportation - Loli also arranged a cooking class for us in the Villa - which was delicious and so much fun. Highly Recommend working with her to help you through Tuscany. We also enjoyed the use of the bikes and biked daily into the local village. Although the pictures are true to the property - the Villa is so much nicer that what the pictures represent! The owner, caretaker, Elena, Loli were so friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend the Villa and booking through EasyReserve - EasyReserve was simple and efficient with excellent communication

We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Montecuccoli. Brilliant location, brilliant property and charming host. We were 2 families travelling together (4 adults & 6 kids) yet the house never felt crowded. We would highly recommend Casa Montecuccoli.
