Review For Villa Pregiata - 5 Stars - 05 August 2014

Posted in: Villa Reviews Villas and Farmhouses

New Review Submitted for Villa Pregiata located in Preggio, Umbria, Italy.

Rental Date: Saturday 28th of June 2014.
Renter Rating: 5/5.
Review Details:
The Villa as well as the garden were great. The house itself was very clean and especially with 3 little children it was ideal to have 3 independent entries/kitchens. The village nearby is nice and you get the most important things there. For bigger supermarkets you have to go around 25 minutes by car which is ok if you go 1 or 2 times.

Rental Date: Saturday 12th of July 2014.
Renter Rating: 5/5.
Review Details:

Rental Date: Saturday 12th of July 2014.
Renter Rating: 5/5.
Review Details:
We loved the location and the accessibility to the major highways. Almost all major sights in Tuscany were less than a 30-45 minute drive. Our hosts were superb and gracious and made themselves available to us when we needed some help!!! The Villa and grounds were spacious. We had a wonderful two week rental and would definitely return.
